Game of Thrones - International Premiere Dates for Season 2 *UPDATED*

27 Jan 2012

With HBO airing Game of Thrones Season 2 in April, a number of other countries are setting their Season 2 premiere dates... or even getting their first glimpse at the awesomeness that is Game of Thrones Season 1! I saw Winter-is-Coming has an International Air Date page and thought I would post that and also the Season 2 start dates that have been announced so far.

Game of Thrones World Wide Coverage Map:

The UK will get Season 2 premiere on April 2, only one day after The US and Canada, but I still foresee massive downloads occurring...

The Netherlands also gt their Season 2 premiere on April 2, their Season 1 has yet to premiere, but looks to begin on February 8.

In Greece, the show (Season 1) will air on the Nova Cinema channel starting January 21, 2012.

For more information about previous air dates for Season 1 and Season 2 premiere dates, check out the International Air Dates page on Winter-is-Coming.

**UPDATE**
HBO Central Europe will premiere Season 2 on April 2.
According to a Czech fan site Ice & Fire.

  8. Still going to download it though as I don't have easy access to Sky Atlantic but I do think showing it the next day has really helped with its ratings in the UK.

  13. There is no use watching Game of Thrones in India... This is how much censorship there is in India: in The Dark Knight, when Harvey turns into two-face, they blur the burnt half of his face... :D Think about how much of Game of Thrones they'll actually air...
