Thanks to vargesz for the heads up.

It's times like these that having Observers in our world would be really handy. One way or the other, looking into the future would put a lot of fans' fears at ease, now that "Fringe" faces the very serious threat of cancellation following its currently airing fourth season.

At the Television Critics Association press tour earlier this month, Fox president Kevin Reilly confessed that the network loses "a lot of money on the show," and that Fox is "not in the business of losing money." Worrying comments indeed, so much so that members of the show's cast — including Joshua Jackson, who plays Peter Bishop — are preparing for the inevitable end.

"My gut says that the head of Fox doesn't go on national television and says 'I'm not in the business of losing money' as a joke," Jackson laughed while speaking with MTV News at the Sundance Film Festival.

  2. Joshua Jackson always comes off as a classy guy.  I enjoy his interviews and wish him the best, whether on Fringe or popping up elsewhere on my TV screen.  He will be one of the few actors that gets a guaranteed 3 episode watch from me, even if he eventually ends up on a show I can't stand (any medical or lawyer drama for instance).

  3. I like his interviews because, generally, Jackson is a straight shooter.  He doesn't dance around questions.  If he can tell you something he will and if he can't he'll be straightforward about it.  He also has a habit of giving very concise, matter-of-fact answers which I appreciate.

  11. They won't be able to finish it the way they want to if it gets axed this year or even next. They have ridiculous amount of thing planned out and I just don't know how will I feel if all the character development they planned for x amount of seasons has to happen in somewhere around ten episodes...
