Welcome to

Last week on SpoilerTV we started a tradition! Let's keep it going with our passionate (and likely convoluted) thoughts on just what the heck happened last week on Fringe, possibly even under our noses! The only thing that we know for certain is that September is really awful at being straightforward about what he's getting at. Oh, and that Olivia is going to die. How could I forget a detail like that? (Or did I just post it like that to make a rhetorical point? I suppose you'll never know.)
Anyway, here's your weekly post to sate you (well, attempt to sate you) until our show returns in less than 24 hours!
ENEMY OF MY ENEMY
So, Fringe fans, we've got quite a few things going on in this episode that may or may not be resolved! Will Peter be able to actually convince the...yellow(?) side that Walternate-alternate...(agh, brain...hurts) isn't behind the shapeshifters? Does this mean that David Robert Jones is a: back from the dead, or b: a totally different yet similarly-psychotic David Robert Jones? Has he slain and replaced Alternate-Alternate Broyles? (Dear God, no! Quit killing that man!) Is Olivia gonna die? Is OUR Olivia gonna die? or will this Olivia die for Peter to return to OUR Olivia? Is it just me or did Orla Brady make you just wanna give her a big hug in "Back to Where You've Never Been?"... Oh, sorry, let me get back on track... Who shot JR wait, no...Monty Burns agh.. Oh: The Observer? And how long will we be stuck in weirdo-land? Is this forever??? Should we be ready to accept this world along with Peter?
All that I know is that I can't fracking wait for FRIDAY, JANUARY 20, 2012 9:00pm EST because I'll be on my couch having my mind explodified.

AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT
I wanted to show you guys something! I have entered into a contest! I submitted some artwork, and if I get enough votes it will be sold as album art for this artists' new single to a rich person, and all proceeds go to the Teenage Cancer fund! As a cancer survivor and an amateur graphics design fanatic, this is the absolute best way for me to contribute something to the cause!

ReplyDeleteThe only thing that we know for certain is that September is really awful at being straightforward about what he's getting at.
He needs to go on one of those How to Express Yourself Clearly communication corporate courses!
Thanks for hosting another Fringe Friday!
Love the poster!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteIt was either that tagline or "Keeping up with the Jones' just got 8 times harder!" XD
In the end I went with simple and clean.
Charlie would do...
ReplyDeleteI have to wait till tomorrow to watch Fringe. Can´t wait though. I´m loving that Mr Jones is back!!
ReplyDeleteYay for FRINGE Friday and multiple iterations of sets of parallel universes in which many variables may 'SHIFT' roles! (;
ReplyDeleteI love this one!!!
ReplyDeleteBad Robot works always seem to play on 'miscommunication', and it's sort of half the fun, knowing that somebody didn't explain something right, or just having information they choose not to tell anyone else about :D
ReplyDeleteBut I think September takes the cake!
Are you going to do this every week, Wilson?
ReplyDeleteA new episode of Fringe? Always a cause for celebration!
ReplyDeleteMaybe... :)
ReplyDeleteSeptember makes Ben Linus and Jacob seem positively forthcoming about their plans!
ReplyDeleteHah I love that one as well!

ReplyDeleteI was listening to 'Blinding' earlier and thinking it would make a remarkably good Fringe vid...
"Seems that I have been held, in some dreaming state, A tourist in the waking world, never quite awake"
"No more dreaming of the dead as if death itself was undon.. No more dreaming like a girl so in love with the wrong world."
Yes, Blinding is one of my favorite songs. She's incredible. So when I saw that they had this competition going, I just HAD to chime in! I'm glad you like it!
ReplyDelete"I was listening to 'Blinding' earlier and thinking it would make a remarkably good Fringe vid..."

ReplyDeleteI had A.L.L. (Acute Lymphocytic* Leukemia) as a child. It was discovered one day when I had a really bad bout of intense pain, and they took me to the hospital. 15 days of treatment later and I went into remission. It was an absolute miracle. :)
ReplyDelete*I am going on memory here...it was either lymphocytic or lymphoblastic...
