Firstly, Happy New Year!

Hope you all had a fantastic time during the holidays and are raring to go with a new TV schedule at the ready, which has just started over the last seven days and really kicks off this week.

It great for me to say that Adam's TV Teasers are back after the holiday break, where I've been working very hard but enjoying the four day holiday over the Christmas week. We're back in two parts, the second of which you can find HERE, with shows such as Supernatural, 90210, House, Glee, Grimm & more featured!

The feature will be running once a week, bringing you as much exclusive, interesting and new teasers, episode titles and casting tidbits as we can manage. Prepare for side-splitting news!

TV Teasers Part One

Southland
Episode 4.07 is called "Fallout"

Detective Dixon: She's a Latina cop whose son is connected to a shooting.

Up All Night
Episode 1.18 is called "Alphas"

Luke: There's a new recurring guest star in town! Luke is Reagan's boss, a sensitive guy who has a background with the military. Described as handsome and clean cut, he should be present for the rest of the first season!

Revenge
Episode 1.16 is called "Scandal!"

Benjamin Barnett: In his late 40's, Benjamin is a criminal defence attorney who is well connected and relishes the spotlight. He's not always nice, but he's very good at what he does. He is recurring for the rest of the season!

Alcatraz
Episode 1.09

Pinky: Added to the episode, Pinky is huge and terrifying, a man who moves with a sense of quiet, impending purpose and is much smarter than he looks. He also believes in Karma, has an unstoppable tendency toward violence and a reputation of brute strength. Badass is the quicker way to put it!
Officer Donovan: Donovan is an Alcatraz guard who has arrived on the island with a hidden purpose. Sounds crucial to the shows mythology to me!

Blue Bloods
Episode 2.15

A mixture of small roles show the places the episode heads; a funeral director, a canine cop, a bodega owner and a priest suggest one intriguing episode.
The Synopsis gives more indication of the story, when a friend of Danny is killed whilst undercover. Danny does everything to track down the killer, prompting Linda to ask something of him that will test his character!

Person of Interest
Episode 1.15 is called "Blue Code"

Cahill: Guest starring is Cahill, who s fast talking and quick thinking. He's a cop who has infiltrated a crew of drug dealers and whose double life is having a devastating effect on his family.
Vargas: A man sure to give Mr. Reece a run for his money is Vargas, who is a merciless killer and sees violence as the best problem solver. He works for a man who never appears in public... sounds familiar?

The Newsroom
Episode 1.05 is called "Amen"

Sorkin's title choice suggests he is going to dabble in the religious plotlines he utilised in Studio Sixty, an episode which sees Amen Aka Jabari Abjo, a stringer with a twitter and YouTube feeds joining Neal's team as they cover the uprising in Egypt!

Switched At Birth
Episode 1.20

Rya: In the episode is Rya, who is a hip and interesting woman publisher from New York. I assure you there are still some interesting teasers so read on!

CSI
Episode 12.15 is called "Stealing Home"

Ron & Rich: Not a comedy double act, but a pair of dumb-ass, blue collar low-lifes... nice! They can't decide who owns their late mothers house, and things turn interesting when Ron's wife disappears...
Diane: This is Ron's wife, suggesting she may still be alive somewhere.
The greatest element to the story is revealed in the episodes synopsis, which states that the CSI team investigate a house which has gone missing. Sounds like a right hum-dinger of an episode!

Awake
Episode 1.09

The best news of this teaser is that Awake is still in production. So a small yippee there then...
Curtis Wilson: Should the episode see daylight, you'll see Curtis, who is a landlord of the building where an 83 year old was shot. Quick helping hint for you, there's much, much more to Curtis than meets the eye!
The episodes synopsis states nothing we didn't know about the show so far, other than there are two cases that need solving, one in one of Mark's worlds, the other in his other one! Confusing much?!

Two Broke Girls
Episode 1.17

In the episode is a big role, playing the mother of two boys at a bar mitzvah. The producers what a recognizable name for the role!

The Mentalist
Episode 4.16 is called "His Thoughts Were Red Thoughts"

Dean Nora Hill: The role is an important one to the story, and is a severe and brilliant dean of a university...

Castle
Episode 4.16 is called "Linchpin"

Look out for a connection to chess; two roles crucial to the plot are Karl and Janacek, both chess players; one a player in the local park, the other a two time champion. What connects them both though?
