  5. My long rambling thoughts

Series Drama: I swear to god if AHS wins I will go on a Hulk style ramapge.  Should be Homeland or GOT will probably be BEActress Series Drama: Claire Danes is the only option. Actor Series Drama: I want Bryan or Damian, hell even Steve. It will probably be Jeremy Irons.Series Comedy Or Musical: Modern Family because they just love that show. Mind you the alternatives aren't any betterActress Series Comedy Or Musical: Should be Amy without a doubt, I imagine it will be one of the Laura's even though really those shows aren't comedy.Actor Series Comedy Or Musical: Odd choices here, don't really care out of this list.Mini-Series Or Made for Television: The Hour!!! It will be Downton though, meh.Actress In A Mini-series or Made for Television: Romola please, probably be Kate or Elizabeth.Actor in a Mini-Series or Made for Television: Dominic or Bill. I expect it will be Hugh though.Actress in a Supporting Role: I want Kelly or even Sofia as she is actually a bright spot in Modern Family. I imagine Maggie Smith will win.Actor in a Supporting Role: Hoping Peter can win this. He probably won't.

  6. This is a confusing year for me to predict. There are some series or actors that  should be legitimate locks for awards, but The Globes can be quirky when choosing their winners. Sometimes they stick with shows spiraling down (like Glee last year) and other times they jump on the new shows, or pick the lesser known, but well deserved winners like Laura Linney and Katey Sagal. So here goes trying to anticipate their mindset........Drama Series: Boardwalk Empire. (Homeland could win, but they will not go with the new show here)
Actress - Drama Series: Claire Danes (They love Claire Danes) Actor - Drama Series: Kelsey Grammar (Such an odd nomination and he has won twice before)
Comedy Series: New Girl (My gut tells me this time they will go new - ugh!)
Actress - Comedy Series: Zooey (I fear they love this show and her) Actor - Comedy Series: (Parsons would be a sho'in, but Galecki may surprise)
Miniseries or TV Movie: Downton Abbey (Too good to be ignored this year again)
Actor - Miniseries or TV Movie: William Hurt
(They seem to love HBO mini-series)
Actress - Miniseries or TV Movie: Kate Winslet  (See Above)
Supporting Actress - TV:  Sofia Vergara (See above) Supporting Actor - TV:  Eric Stonestreet (Their yearly nod to a network show in decline)

    Now onto my desired winners:

    Boardwalk Empire
    Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad)
    Claire Danes (Homeland)
One of the cable comedies please!
    Laura Linney (The Big C)
    Johnny Galecki (TBBT)
    Downton Abbey
    Emily Watson (Appropriate Adult)
    Idris Elba (Luther)
    Maggie Smith (Downton Abbey)
    Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones)

  7. Would love some love for AHS, Homeland and The Killing

  8. It's bad enough that New Girl was nomminated... If it takes the award I'll be pissed! Claire Danes does an amazing job in Homeland, the only one that stands on her same level, IMO, is Mireille Enos. Both are well above the other nominees.

  9. I cannot stand The New Girl or Zooey..... I hope my gut is wrong!
