I love the ep until the chair scene in the limo! ugh, i understand nothing! and seriously? biggest cliffhanger? is it me or season 3 was almost the same??? :/ anyways, i got great Dair scenes and Serena finally sees how much Dan loves Blair. so please, don't go back to Derena!!! and Dan... omg how much more can i love you??????? *^*
:S Lol see I'm too emotional to write properly! I loved it, but i hate that i loved it cause I had FINALY stop watching the show :S ~ I watch to many shows... ~
Dair is finished before it even began, the re-sparking of Derena is well under way. GG is going back to it's roots that made it successful: Derena/Chair.
I hate when shows have a cliffhanger about a main character whom you know is not going to die. It's pointless and anti-climactic. But on another note...does anybody think that Diana may be Chuck's real mother?...
I wonder about that too.. But on the other hand I thought the women Jack had brought in with the hotel drama was still his real mom.. just a selfish bitch one.. anyway I was left with that impression even though she told Chuck she wasn't.. or did she? I don't really remember. I remember her crying in a cab though and that's why I thought she was the real mom.
Great episode.. not a real cliffhanger though since we know Chuck isn't dead. But that is probably how Blair loses the baby! Unlike a lot of people, I really like Charlie/Ivy so I wonder how it'll play out.
I'm not trying to bully you but again, I have to point out that this episode made Dair romance seem pathetic. Blair loves Chuck, Dan gets that. Dair friendship though is stronger than ever.
I think that the woman from season 3 is Chuck's mother. I think Diana could be like a half-sister or something. Maybe Bart of Chuck's mother had an affair with someone, then Diana was born.
yikes.. well, we knew it couldn't be this easy, right?
there was a lot going on in this episode, but I did have a few highlights - I loved the interaction between Lily and Chuck.. I think it's amazing how far they've progressed, and their relationship is one of my favorites on the show. it's nice for Chuck to know that someone's ALWAYS there for him, and that Lily will always love him - he hasn't had much of that in his life.
I can't believe Max went so quietly, after all the drama of the last few episodes.. and I REALLY can't believe that Charlie/Ivy came clean.. I don't know if we've seen the last of either one of them
also, last week's promo made much more sense after seeing this episode - a lot of people were yelling about how Serena couldn't make up her mind on which guy was best for Blair, and we got our answer this week - whichever one best suits her own interests
yeah, I think they have a great friendship, but I think Dan's love is doomed to be unrequited forever.. Blair has matured a bit, but there are way too many things working against Dan for her to ever consider dating him.. plus I really don't think Serena would ever let it happen
I agree about the main character cliffhanger...why do it?? Not sure about Dianna being the mother, I kind of thought that too, we will have to see! The cliffhanger should of been Blair admitting that is was Chuck's baby and then not knowing if it survived or not.
50% of the episode was actually kinda interesting, which is nearly a miracle considering the season we're having.I just hope that the writers know that killing off Chuck Bass is the dumbest thing they could ever do.
Oh,c'mon, why does everybody have to be so rude? I don't really like Dan,but I gotta admit he got it right.I still prefer Chuck, but that's just my opinion.
Chuck bass is my whole reason for watching the show if he dies theres no reason to even look at gossip girl! it was all for chuck and blair AND chuck. now if theres no chuck bass blair won't make me watch it longer! this is the SECOND attemp on his life! they LEFT us thinking he was dead for a whole SUMMER! now this.
Are we really sure about Chuck not dying? I mean last season to me it felt like the best days of Chuck are over. He kind of came back this season and became interesting again but on the other hand it always seems to me as if Ed Westwick isn't interested in being on Gossip Girl anymore and this would be a nice way out...
The question is: Is this wedding really happening? Or are the pictures we all saw just some dream sequence of Blair? Because how do they want to turn it around and let Blair marry Louis now after this episode?
Ok, seriously if the writers are really gonna turn around and let the blair and louis thing actually happen after all that chuck and blair goodness this episode they are gonna have to do a damn good job of making it not utterly ridiculous. What, is blair gonna be like "oh i change my mind i love louis??!" Like wtf?!?!
I have been thinking the same thing too, ever since she took out that picture from Bart's files. And then Chuck said she looked familiar. Now, Jack is calling her because there has been an accident? Why would she care if she wasn't at least family? I knew the Diana thing wasn't over.
I think the wedding is probably unfortunately happening, because she in fact goes back to Louis, I mean there are pictures of her and Louis kissing and of her getting arrested during her bachelorette party. I really wish Chuck wasn't attending though, because there are also those "runaway bride" pictures, and I kind of hoped she was running to him, but if he's at the wedding, I don't know where she could be going...
I have no idea what the writers are doing anymore. You see Blair crying and praying for Chuck, then 2 episodes later she is marrying Louis? I honestly have no idea what's going on
Loved the episode. Chuck and Blair were amazing in it, although the emotions ran the full gambit with them. From ecstatically happy to heart breaking in a few minutes.
Agreed with this. Dan is finally getting what he wanted from Serena (for her to basically worship him, lol, and realize he was the best she ever had) but he's too busy mooning over her best friend to notice.
I'm glad he realized how much Chuck and Blair love each other, though, and presumably won't try to get between them except for in Serena's head. :P
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
NOOOOON NONONO Why did I watch! I dont care about this show anymore and now im crying like a freaken BABY! why.... why NOOO
ReplyDeleteokay me not happy
did you like it or not? lol
ReplyDeleteIf Chuck dies, heads will roll. haha, more like I'll just quit watching the show. I loved the episode though.
ReplyDeleteI love the ep until the chair scene in the limo! ugh, i understand nothing!

ReplyDeleteAbout time, goodbye Ivy/Charlie. You know Chuck won't die
ReplyDeletedair fans GTFO
ReplyDeleteomg i wish i hadnt watched it. i cant stop thinking about it now. i need therapy
ReplyDeleteokay were we watching the same episode? cause after tonight the idea of Dair happening is even more pathetic then it already was.
ReplyDeleteDair is finished before it even began, the re-sparking of Derena is well under way. GG is going back to it's roots that made it successful: Derena/Chair.

ReplyDeleteI don't think so, but it would be hilarious.
ReplyDeleteNow, imagine the situation between Nate and Chuck. ''So I was you mother boy toy''
I wonder about that too.. But on the other hand I thought the women Jack had brought in with the hotel drama was still his real mom.. just a selfish bitch one.. anyway I was left with that impression even though she told Chuck she wasn't.. or did she? ReplyDeleteDair is pathetic compared to Chair. i can't wait until next year to see how Chuck/Blair get together again :(
ReplyDeleteLoved Chuck and Blair scenes until they got into the crash :\
ReplyDeleteChair fans are bullies !!! Bye Chuck...Hello Dan and Dair
ReplyDeleteI'm not trying to bully you but again, I have to point out that this episode made Dair romance seem pathetic. Blair loves Chuck, Dan gets that. Dair friendship though is stronger than ever.

ReplyDeleteI think she would be too old to be Chuck's sister.
ReplyDeleteI am hoping that the pics by the just married car of blair and louis are to fool us.
ReplyDeleteCHAIR<3 FTW
well, this is your opinion, and that was mine!
ReplyDeletewow, you don't have to be so aggressive! It's just my opinion!
ReplyDeleteI really don't think I was being aggressive at all! You stated your opinion and I stated mine without insulting you in any way shape or form.
ReplyDeleteI agree about the main character cliffhanger...why do it?? Not sure about Dianna being the mother, I kind of thought that too, we will have to see! The cliffhanger should of been Blair admitting that is was Chuck's baby and then not knowing if it survived or not.

ReplyDeleteMaybe an aunt or something then.
ReplyDeleteChuck doesn't die because, according to Ausiello he's at Blair's wedding.
ReplyDeleteAre we really sure about Chuck not dying? I mean last season to me it felt like the best days of Chuck are over. ReplyDeleteYes. We are absolutely, positively, 100% sure that Chuck is not dying.

ReplyDeleteBest Dorotha quote ever!! i love Cinderella xD
ReplyDeleteabsolutly loved the Chuck&Blair scenes
I have no idea what the writers are doing anymore. You see Blair crying and praying for Chuck, then 2 episodes later she is marrying Louis? I honestly have no idea what's going on
ReplyDeleteLoved the episode. Chuck and Blair were amazing in it, although the emotions ran the full gambit with them. From ecstatically happy to heart breaking in a few minutes.
ReplyDeleteThis was the best episode of GG since midseason 3. Honestly, CB and DS is where its at. Now if we could just get some SB up in here...
ReplyDeleteAgreed with this. Dan is finally getting what he wanted from Serena (for her to basically worship him, lol, and realize he was the best she ever had) but he's too busy mooning over her best friend to notice.

I definitely think that Diana is Chuck's real mother - but maybe Jack is his real father? Poor Chuck and his ever-shifting parental units.
