Loved it :) Casey and Lester in prison together was absolutely priceless, and it doesn't surprise me in the least that Lester adapted to prison life so well haha.. coming to Casey's rescue? He won't let him forget that one any time soon!
Chuck getting back into the hacker game was adorkable, and I LOVED the surprise cameo by Yvette Nicole Brown..
THE ENDING!!! I loved it, and Decker is gone, wasn't expecting that. All my theories for the season are gone with him dead, though it answers a question I've had about how Beckman can be his superior and he acts like that.
This was, by far, the best Chuck episode of the season.
"Vs. The Business Trip" was a solid all-around episode (the season's only one until last night) but this one blew it out of the water. It almost makes up for those first three episodes of the season, which were pretty bad.
- The intersect was nowhere to be found this week and I didn't miss it at all. - Crazy prison Lester was really great. I loved that he stayed in jail because he refused to agree not to poison Jeff any more. - All of the Gertrude / Sarah scenes were a lot of fun. - The hack-off scene was meh. - Danny Pudi and Yvette Nicole Brown were both great, especially Yvette. - The "explosive" ending was one of the series' best. I'm glad that Chuck isn't holding back as the series draws to a close. I'm hoping for more shocking stuff like this before the show ends its run.
It was a great Chuck. Chuck showed his Hacker prowess! I loved how good Chuck is with tech! This was something he could do without the intersect. Speaking about that device I wonder if that Virus Chuck had could affect it?
oh yes. Great point! I didn't miss the Intersect either. Overuse of the Intersect and how often the word "spy" is used are the two things that annoy me most about this show.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I loved it! And I still really want Casey/Kathleen, but I like him with Carrie-Ann Moss' character. LOL at the prison sex.
ReplyDeleteSHAW IS BACK, wonder if he still have the intersect with him...and i got one sneaky feeling that the virus is a new intersect...
ReplyDeleteLove the awesome cameo by Yvette Brown. We knew about Danny Pudi but didn't expect Yvette.
ReplyDeleteI was kinda hoping for Kathleen/Casey, and the Prison sex was kinda meh for me. They really overplay those kinds of visits in TV and movies.

ReplyDeleteMy favourite of the season, really glad the show added Carrie Anne Moss to the cast this year her scenes with Casey are amazing

Damn!!!The best episode ever. I would like that this not was the final season because is one of the best American TV Shows.

ReplyDeleteDefinitely the best of the season. And one the best from the past two seasons imo.

ReplyDeleteI've been lukewarm on the series for some time. I am apathetic toward a
ReplyDeletelot of episodes. So glad when I finally see one I truly enjoy.
Also, the Yvette surprise was awesome. I was not expecting her.
Awesome episode! Great ending and loved seeing Danny Pudi and, surprisingly, Yvette Brown :)
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the episode :)
