I'm so glad that Hell on Wheels will still be on for a month or two since most the top quality series on right now are having their finales next week or the week after.
The mid-season crop of new shows cannot come soon enough for me!
Yeah I expect the ratings to go down farther an faster now that TWD is not the show's lead-in... sigh.
At least with AMC we will get the full season eve nif they cancel it. Although I still have hopes for a second season...... Slight, but hopes nonetheless.
The ratings aren't that bad, aren't they? I thought last week the ratings went up a bit again and it's still the second best show on AMC: Of course this week without TWD the ratings should have suffered, but I still think it'll get a second season. Unless I'm totally wrong.
I think they've gone down each week... 4.43million, 3.84m, 3.52m, and 3.28m according to wiki.
I think the ratings are strong enough to get a second season right now too. I guess I am gunshy after loving Rubicon and it getting cancelled, but it hovered around a much lower 1 million per week I guess.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

great show ... love these characters more each week
ReplyDeleteFantastic show. Watching what's happening to it in the ratings is scary; I'm going to be awfully sad when it dies.
