Agree with Josh. Fringe should focus more on the great characters it has, and not abandon them. I want to see everyone's centric episode. It would be even better if it will combine flashbacks and a centric fringe case. Maybe I just miss Lost too much...
I really enjoyed North West passage in season 2. You got to see another side of Peter without the 'normal' team around him. It almost gave back story to how his character must have acted pre-pilot when we met him. I wish they would do more episodes like that for all of the characters. I'm looking forward to the Astrid one myself too.
I think: Since they did the Josh written Comics this year, they need to do a "Peter in The Machine" episode. They could do it "Comic Stop Action" style. Or they could really do it up like the film Sin-City was done. But WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED IN THAT MACHINE!!!! Sorry for screaming the obvious but I felt the need. Some of us don't read the comics. I know I should but when you are unemployed for 3 months the last thing on your mind is buying some comics.
An Astrid-centric episode is definitely long over-due. I guess with all the things that have happened there hasn't been much time to focus on Astrid. But hopefully when the episodes come back on they can figure something out :)
Ah man! I spent the last three weeks catching up with 3.5 seasons of Fringe...and now i don't have anything to do! :p I want new Fringe episodes! great show!
Imagine how those of us who watched them one week at a time for 3 and a half years feel, considering there has been no new episode since November 18th. And there won't be any until Jan 13th. just under a month away.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I love un-Broyles Lance Reddick is/ :P
ReplyDeleteYes, an Astrid episode, please!
ReplyDeleteI agree. Astrid centric episode, John Scott to come back somehow, and Charlie not to be dead in our universe.
ReplyDeleteThe screen cap of Josh Jackson in the video player makes him look absolutely hammered.

ReplyDeleteGo Josh, you have a point. Im sure Jasika appreciates you backing her on this as well.
ReplyDeleteJosh has just given up on his character ever getting focus. Argh.....
ReplyDeleteI do not need John Scott, but agree with the other two.

ReplyDeleteYes. Not the most flattering.
ReplyDeleteAstrid, Broyles and Nina-centric eps all sound good to me.

ReplyDeletethat would be cool if it were like lost and had flashbacks
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of a Astrid centric episode, would be nice. I am guessing that 4x19 is already outline by now....
