Work It has already filmed 13 episodes for its first season. Work It is scheduled to premiere on January 3rd and Cougar Town is scheduled to replace it whenever it ends its run (if it flops Cougar Town returns early if not expect Cougar Town around April)

I hope it gets cancelled quickly (and it probably will) so Cougar Town can come back.
ReplyDeleteWell that's good news for the cast of Work It!
ReplyDeleteNow they can get right into new projects when the series is cancelled after 2 episodes. XD
This is one show I am pretty certain will flop as it sounds truly awful. I was amazed when it was given the go ahead. Of course all the shows I like tend to fail and the ones I don't keep being renewed year after year, so that means Work It will probably be a huge success and last for at least 10 seasons!
ReplyDeletei dont usually root for shows to fail but if this is in the way between me and Cougar Town...
ReplyDeleteWell this is another one i know nothing about, and by everyone's comments i wouldn't want to know. :)
ReplyDeleteI only know one thing: it stars Rebecca Mader from Lost :)
ReplyDeleteits a cross dressing show :)
ReplyDeleteAnd this is going to be shown on ABC.It will never make it.:)
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what I expected out of Whitney, but lo and behold it's sticking around for at least a full season.
ReplyDelete%#%$#^& will they just bring Cougar Town back already?!
ReplyDeleteWait, the show won't make it based on the fact that the central characters are cross dressing? That's a silly conclusion. The show won't make it because it looks terrible and lacks in humour. Not to mention the fact that the show seems to have the political implications of a show designed in the 1980s.
ReplyDeleteI'm actually kind of worried about Work It doing poorly. It will get yanked from the schedule at the very last minute if it fails and we know that ABC won't do much marketing for the sudden/impromptu return of Cougar Town. As such, people may assume that Work It is still airing when it's really Cougar Town in its slot :(.
ReplyDeleteAnd Bosom Buddies did it better. (And weirdly, lasted shorter than I thought.) Maybe that's because I love Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari.
ReplyDeleteLol, right! Bosom Buddies WAS from the 1980s. A show about cross-dressers or drag queens or something would be interesting, but this show really does seem like someone took a 1980s sitcom and made it stupider.
ReplyDeleteThanks! And ready for Cougar Town, earlier or not!
ReplyDeleteHahaah perfect
ReplyDeleteHaha. Spot on. I still cannot believe someone greenlighted it.
ReplyDeleteIF it flops?
