  1. This sounds as if it should be a fairly light-hearted episode.... or not!

  2. Okay, is SPN trying to dethrone Ringer in the weird-ass-yet-oh-so-awesome episode naming?

    ReplyDelete
  3. "Chuck-e-cheese style place?" Having to admit to my ignorance here!

  4. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_E._Cheese's

  5. Don't like the name but the episode sounds interesting. It will be cool to see the boys in a Chuck-e-cheese kind of place.

  6.  Thanks :-) One  learns something new every day.

  7. Sounds super funny, so it probably won't be

  8. Please let this episode have meaning please let this episode have meaning.
    Wait who's writing it?
Damn it's probly to early to tell, but this is probly the episode they said Sam have a encounter with a clown I think.

  9. Too early to tell what the plot will be.

I am not a great fan of the comedy episodes, I much prefer the story-arc/ drama/ action filled ones,  with prehaps a few minutes of banter or a funny moment to lighten the mood.

For example in "Born Under a Bad Sign" which was a heavy dramatic episode, we get the punch to a bewildered Sam by a pissed-off Dean who has been battered about by his Meg-possessed brother,  and that moment alone instantly lightens the mood.

Sometimes the writers of the all-comedy episodes try too hard, and it all ends up being a bit silly.
Good job Jensen and Jared manage to contain eventual damage with their great acting!

  10. oh boy.. I foresee lots of trippy colors.. and an annoyed Dean

  11. ...now say that five times fast with your tongue between your teeth! I smell a filler episode here, but you just never know with Supernatural, because that's what I thought about 'My Bloody Valentine' back in S5, and then it turned out to be all dark and plot-advancing and stuff.

  12. Sounds like another fairy episode. I loved that one and am looking forward to this one, too!

  13. I'm trying to mentally combine my thoughts of Pennywise the Clown from IT and an afternoon at Chuck E. Cheese. It's a tough mental picture.

  14. The only throne I'm aware of that Ringer has is for that life-changing boat scene. lol

    ReplyDelete
  15. It was my dream when I was little to have my birthday party at Chuck E Cheese's. :D
Now I do my best to avoid that place. lol

  16. Sounds like the late Heath Ledger movie, Dr. Parnassus and the Magical Emporeum. Somehow I never got to see that movie, but I wanted to.

  17. It's funny how things we used to love as kids sort of turn into nightmares when we grow up.
When I was young I always wanted to go camping but now you would have to drag me by the hair-----insects and  bugs---Yuck!

  18. More than likely this is the episode where Sam is beaten by the clowns!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Thats a very interesting title lol

    ReplyDelete
  20. Well that doesn't really tell us much. Except that whoever comes up with episode titles is on something good. Hope Plucky's doesn't usurp Biggersons role as the fast food restaurant of doom.

  21. This is the best name for a brothel, EVER.

    ReplyDelete
  22. it was.. interesting.  I think my mind's still a little warped, but I was definitely glad I saw it

    ReplyDelete
  23. Well, this will be either very dumb or very well thought out.  I wonder who wrote it?

    ReplyDelete
  24. As long as the mechanical devices don't come alive and start serving human pizza, I'll handle it.lol

    ReplyDelete
  25. Dean will make himself sick pigging out on the pizza.

    ReplyDelete
  26. This is...umm...interesting. It'll be interesting to find out who wrote it - Edlund maybe?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Thanks for posting! This sounds kind of funny ;)

    ReplyDelete
  28. It was also one of the most nauseating episodes I ever managed to get through. lol

    ReplyDelete
  29. OH lordy, Pennywise the Clown???  I never thought of him.  I was thinking human pizza, but now....kid pizza?  Dean is really going to be annoyed.

  30. There was another one about a magical emporium before Ledger's was released.  It was good.  Can't remember the name

    ReplyDelete
  31. I remember, Mr.Magorium's Wonder Emporium.  It had Dustin Hoffman, Natalie Portman and Justin Bateman in it.

    ReplyDelete
  32. That did cross my mind.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Hmm.... "light comedy" I can tolerate - but nearly never prefer to SPN dramas - but I hope 7.14 is NOT anything like "Swap Meat" Part Deux, where Sam and Dean, especially Dean, were made to look like they had been dosed with stupid pills.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Aw man, that boat scene, for some sadomasochist reason I like it more every time I watch it.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I loved My Bloody Valentine as an ep, but I have to admit, it had some pretty gross moments. The couple eating each other at the start is still probably in my top five gross out moments in Supernatural as a whole.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I just saw a Moonlight episode where Mick and Beth are driving in a car that equals the truly terrifying boat scene.  In fact, I saw it and thought of Ringer.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I managed to avoid all Chuck-E-Cheese festivities for myself until my godkids decided to give me a 35th birthday party there.  Outr table was right next to a 4 year olds.  I can't wait fro payback.  Emily Thorne will have nothing on me.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I'm not sure even Dean's cast iron stomach can handle the pizza at Chuck E. Cheez.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I actually got those 2 movies screwed together:

Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium + The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus = Dr. Parnassus and the Magical Emporium.

    UGH. lol

    ReplyDelete
  40. Heh, wow, is it just me or are the episode names getting stranger and stranger? Chuck-e-Cheeses...blah, I had a birthday there as a kid. I wonder how the boys will react to going to a place like that. Sounds interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  41. LOL true I was thinking more in terms of the games...I'm sure that Dean would let his inner boy come out to play if they didn't have a case there

    ReplyDelete
  42. But it would be interesting to see him try at least. At the most, it would leave Sam with a lots of teasing gems to tease Dean with.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Agreed. I only went to one when I was 11 and that was enough for a life time :P

    ReplyDelete
  44. I loved My Bloody Valentine too, but as far as gross is concerned the decapitations we're now getting close up,  as in Mommy Dearest  are even worse in my eyes.

Actually the grossness seems to be escalating but that's what happens, I supppose, when you always have to go bigger than what you did last time whether it's to do with grossness, violence or plot-lines

    ReplyDelete
  45.  Hey, that sounds like a terrific story-line. I officially name you honorary SPN writer :-)

    ReplyDelete
  46.  Poor you, I feel for you.
    Definitely deserves a very inventive pay-back ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  47.  Muuh, the name would suit him down to the ground as it says nothing and everything , so his imagination and creativity can run wild!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Yes, I feel the same.
I love the inserts of comedic moments to lighten the drama but I don't like to see the boys getting treated like idiots,  especially knowing how intelligent and capable they really are.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Maybe the writers a have a little contest going on to see who can come up with the weirdest titles!

I just hope that the strangest names don't corrispond to the worst episodes, for in that case I woundn't mind if they called them simply  "Episode 1 through to 22"  if that means they are going to be fantastic :-)
