I'm finally all caught up. Liked it a lot as usual with this show. Best friends secret is finally blown. I really wish, though, that they hadn't gone the revenge sex angle tho. The writers have a thing against me being able to figure out if Brody is totally brainwashed or not. :-) And Fasial wasn't total partners with his wife....she was basically his handler. I hadn't quite picked that up. I love the character stuff in this show.
Lewis and Danes together on screen are just brilliant. They did alreadyflirt in 1x04 and then again in the bar, but I never expected Carrie to go that far. Can't wait to see where all this is going and if she's even going to fall a bit for Brody. On the other hand I'm not sure whether Brody doesn't seem to be getting an idea of the fact that Carries is after him. His look after the question whether or not he's always been faithful to his wife looked like he could be suspecting something. And I'm also not sure if Saul has something to hide, he acted really weird because of that test and got the question wrong the first time (Maybe also the second time? We didn't see it after all...).
At home the cat's finally out of the bag and brody knows. But am I the only one or did it look like that he wasn't surprised and only punched Mike to make it seem convincing that he was surprised by these news?
You're not the only one. It really felt like he punched him in part because he thought it was expected or cause it was the perfect opportunity. This guy's emotions are so all over the place that I can never tell...which is one of the beauties.
Speaking of Carrie going too far...stealing her father's meds?!?! Completely understood why but *really*?
He's known for sure since that talk with his daughter where he shows her the locks on that fence. I honestly don't think he really cares about his wife anymore, maybe just the kids.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
It was ok

"Have you ever been unfaithful to your wife?"
ReplyDelete... *Stares into Carrie's soul*
"NO."

ReplyDeleteCarrie finally caught Brody in a lie and can't do or say a damn thing about it. That was great.
