This episode was just plain irritating: - Wade's having a wife and the divorce pickle - Zoe panicking - George and Zoe meeting by chance and having a great 'romantic' evening - Wade's slutty idiotic wife - the annoying turtle lady - George weeping like a girl What I liked was only George getting shot and Lemon/Lavon scenes. So disappointed after such an awesome episode 6.
I think this was the worst so far (though I didn't dislike it or anything). I was mostly annoyed by Zoe's behavior. I mean, you haven't been dating, we get it, but who acts like that before a date. Cards? Why? You're super hot, you don't even have to say that much. I have to say Wade and Lemon are this show's saving grace. I wish two of them could be an item.
Okay, maybe not cards, but I can understand being that nervous - no matter how you look. My ex and I got together when we were 19 (in a _very_ similar way to how Zoe described) and were together for 7years. We never had a date, and now I'm 29 and trying to 'get back out there', its nutty nerve-wracking.
- Not only were the plots interesting, it moved all of the characters' storylines forward. - Everyone started to clearly come to terms with their feelings this week. Everyone; Zoe, Wade, Lemon, Lavon, and George. This clarity will make things a lot messier but that's a good thing. - Even though I loathe that Delia woman, she really helped the Lemon / Lavon plot. - I'm realizing that the Zoe / Lavon friendship is one of the best parts of the show. - On the downside to this episode, they wasted Mircea Monroe. Her entire purpose was to make Wade realize his feelings for Zoe but she could have done a lot more than that. She's better than the role she was given.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
