  2. Can't believe this show has yet again ripped away a persons' happiness. Grey's Anatomy - breaking my heart on a weekly basis.

  3. why?? poor Teddy, she never catches a break. Greys is getting so good. I really wish they would have gotten Zola back, but maybe this leaves room for a Meredith pregnancy

    ReplyDelete
  4. NOOOOO!!! Can't believe that they killed Henry.  He was really becoming my favorite character and he and Teddy were sooooo cute together.  So sad...

    ReplyDelete
  5. Whedon gots nothing on Rhimes in terms of cruelty, but the episode was awesome.

Poor, poor Teddy... and Christina, can't wait to see that confrontation. Ergh, so sad

    ReplyDelete
  6. I thought it was horrible....mainly because Henry died!!

    ReplyDelete
  7. tell me about it, it was like is it gonna blow or who's dead? Loved it.

  8. Who else think's this is gonna be the start of Cris/Owen having to confront their issues?
For him not to tell Teddy was pretty damn low, but i guess it's a way of writing out certain characters at the EOS. Very sad that Henry did die, but can't say i didn't see it coming, the promo's and sneak peeks sorta gave it away.
Still going to hold out hope that Zola will arrive by surprise, maybe Janet showing up at their door with her or at the hospital as she has jumped the gun by telling them to move on. Maybe the judge has looked over the files and thought he doesn't need to hear them apply for custody he know's they are the right people, hello 2 doctors (2 neuro doc's at that) and a baby with hydrocephalis like duh.
Derek admitting he could never live without Mer to Cristina was beautifully written, and the way Cris said he has nothing to worry about was just gold.  When are they moving into McDreamHouse?
Arizona was pretty central tonight, so gonna wonder if she will be there for Callie when she finds out about the stuff up.  Lol  Mark offering Sofia as a stand in baby was funny as, and Arizona's comment what Sofia not good enough was hilarious.
Callie/Jackson storyline was the most dull of the night, although we still don't know the outcome still teeter on the edge of glory that one.  Court hearing coming up please explain!
Ok is it January yet? No oh damn

  9. WHAT?! JANUARY? oh boy... I think my heart just stopped beating

  10. OMg Henry dies.....

Teddy and Henry was very adorable.....

  11. I HATE Shonda right now! Why kill Henry? WHY?
He was one of the most likable new characters on Grey's... my favorite, I have to say... She should've killed Kepner, but not Henry :(
I really didn't like Teddy at first, her storyline was not that interesting, but when she and Henry got together, she became a whole new person to me... they've been through a lot, but it always isn't enough for Shonda... why does she have to make everyone suffer?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Shonda never knows when she has a good thing going.. because whenever the show is in a good place with good writing it just self sabotages and kills every good thing it's got going.

And no Shonda, this is not good drama writing. You want your viewers to tune in, not tune out because they are sick of your BS.

  13. i'm soooo mad that they killed of Henry!!!
Cristina better hide because Teddy will be soo mad

    ReplyDelete
  14. I'm still shocked !! after I've seen the episode the only thing I could think of was "oh my freakin god"

    ReplyDelete
  15. It was so good! I hate they killed Henry, though! WTF? And why can't Meredith and Derek keep Zola? LOL at Mark offering to time share Sofia, though.

And holy crap at the end! Was that the second ambulance that hit Meredith and Alex?

    ReplyDelete
  16. No it didn't look like an ambulance to me.
When Mer and Alex got out of the first ambulance, I was waiting for something to blow up, very tense. When I saw that the crash killed all the people of the other car, I was relieved. It's not a good thing, but it's better than anyone we like dieing, cause people die on Grey's all the time "anyway".

    ReplyDelete
  17. I hope that the whole episode has been a nightmare and Teddy or someone else is going to wake up and everything is fine, Henry is alive, Zola will be at Merder...

    ReplyDelete
  18. Unbelievable episode. Soooo mad they killed off henry!!! He was a sweetheart. I liked him and teddy together. I think it was really wrong of them to hide henry from cristina. Now she is going to be all screwed up and probably feel responsible for henry dying. :( I felt so bad for derek and the look on his face when they lost them on the phone. I Love merder they r my fav. couple on grey's

  19. Ending was silly.  Yang ends up being the loser we all knew she was and they're killing more people now through their "Surgery of the Week" club.  Back to Bones. TGFF!! (Thank god for football)

    ReplyDelete
  20. The best episode of Grey's this season definitely, possibly better than all season seven episodes.
Henry died, to be honest, it's expected, it's a show about surgeons, he's not one, its why James Tupper was written out and it's inevitable to be honest. The last few seconds of the show we're amazing, I don't think anyone say that coming, the drama was so intense no one thought about the other car, it was extremely clever, and just the most amazing ending to an episode. (The only better version of that was in the season seven finale, when Lexie found out that no one had survived the plane crash, God that was another one)
What they did to Christina was so unfair, I knew it was coming, but boy, that was harsh, especially after she broke down in season seven, I doubt she'll be in surgery for a while.
I don't think the Torres storyline was realistic, she;s the passionate surgeon, I doubt she'd read a magazine, it would take her out of the moment.
The Zola storyline was horrible, it's turned out so sad.

  21. at this point I'm kind of scared that they will end this whole series with death of all the characters. Detonate hospital maybe...

    ReplyDelete
  22. WOW.. this show left me with tears in my eyes for the first time in a long time.. I always feel bad for the cases that tug on your heartstrings, but at least you don't usually have a vested interest in the people that you get to know for an hour.. but Henry?  I'm REALLY going to miss him.. is Scott Foley doing another show?  because I can't really see another reason for killing him off.. he was fantastic as Henry

    ReplyDelete
  23. I LOVED Henry, how could they've killed him?!?!?! And poor Teddy, they were such a cute couple...

    ReplyDelete
  24. totally. I had to remind my self the whole time that they just can't blow up the ambulance and kill off two of their main charas^^

    ReplyDelete
  25. But then it wouldn't have mattered to you, and then there wouldn't be a point for killing a character if its not going to elicit some kind of emotional response.

This show is for masochists since Rhimes is the the queen of sadism,

    ReplyDelete
  26. I don't know what is going on with me,but it seems that i lost your response. If i can't find you tonight then i will look tomorrow,i think i need to lay off my pain meds for awhile, signing off for now!Have a good evening!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Wow... They killed Henry! He was gold, and they kill him. Ha had turn Teddy in a very interesting character, and as a couple they were so good... And they kill him!
The show has lost for me 90% of its attractive (Henry's marvelous green eyes).
What if Teddy finds out in a couple of weeks that she's pregnant? Sorry, sorry, Overdose of Fanfics.

  28. He's actually going to be in the next season off True Blood, but i don't know if that's why they've killed him!

    ReplyDelete
  29. I think it was back on "What are you watching tonight 11/11".

    ReplyDelete
  30. ohhh I forgot about his start on True Blood.. I'm hoping that's the reason, because otherwise I have a bone to pick with Shonda haha

    ReplyDelete
  31. he episode was good, though I think killing off Henry was abd idea. It's like JDM/Denny all over again. This is why they should really end the show soon or else we'll get Henry!Ghost!Sex next season....
And I also hate Shonda's POV that you can only write "drama" in this context. *eyeroll*

OH! And who wants to bet Shonda will develop a show for next season staring,Scott Foley only to have it NOT get picked up?

    ReplyDelete
  32. She is developing a new show. About lawyers I think. It's supposed to debut this spring. Wonder if she's gonna put some GA actors in that one. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  33. Oh, don't we aways have a bone to pick with Shonda? I mean, Izzie is gone, George is dead, and aaaaaaaaall the crazy storylines! hahaha... You shouldn't feel bad about it, she deserves it!

    ReplyDelete
  34.  Scott Foley will be appearing in True Blood. Also, he sold a pilot script to CBS for a show. So I think he has stuff to do.

    ReplyDelete
  35. She has developed a show called Scandal, which will debut in the spring. It is about a crisis management firm working in Washington DC, starring Kerry Washington. Jeff Perry, who was in GA as Thatcher Grey, will be in this show.

    ReplyDelete
  36. It was not Cristina's fault. Henry was a dead man walking. The tumor had eroded his pulmonary artery and he was going to bleed out. He was doomed before they even started the surgery.

    ReplyDelete
  37. and what kills me is that Teddy and Henry were pretty much the most stable couple on the show.. they were a marriage/relationship that was actually WORKING.. and they broke it up..

    ReplyDelete
  38. Nobody is happy on Greys for very long. It is only when you have drama that you have a storyline.

    ReplyDelete
  39. In was amazing... and terrible!! I cried like a baby... so sad!

    ReplyDelete
  40. I don't think those people are dead. Knowing Shonda she'll make Meredith and Alex take care of them as well as the baby until the other ambulance and helicopter get there.

    ReplyDelete
  41. ROFL!!!! I think you might be right.

    ReplyDelete
  42. You actually bring up a good point. Considering Shonda's twisted mind she could be pregnant ... better yet ... pregnant with twins. *eye roll*

    ReplyDelete
  43. Henry and Teddy were the ONLY couple in the history of Grey's that I actually LIKED. I get that it's a drama but seriously would it have killed Shonda to leave one couple happy and without drama? The stable funny one amongst the several disfunctional ones.

    ReplyDelete
  44. OMG i knew it was coming, but seeing Teddy talk about Henry, expecting him to be in post op,then seeing Owens eyes it said it all..Oh my heart ached for her.......

    ReplyDelete
  45. sorry to spoils your dream, but scott foley tweeted he misses everyone from greys the other day so i guess that mean's he really did die :-(

    ReplyDelete
  46. well least we have at least 18 months to prepare for the explosion then haha. season 9 is a goer.

    ReplyDelete
  47. would make for a good SL, but we don't want someone else getting pregnant and having kids before Mer/Der again.

    ReplyDelete
  48. isnt kate burton in scandal as well (alas ellis grey?)

    ReplyDelete
  49. Yes but she is a recurring guest star, while Jeff Perry is a regular. Kate Burton will appear in a multi-episode arc as Vice President Sally Hewitt. Jeff Perry is the White House chief of staff.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Actually, we have seen Torres doing Sudoku before in a magazine.. That was during the season premiere during the Gunther operation when she was supervising the four residents.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I know we have, and I didn't agree with it then either, I thought it was weird both times actually.

    ReplyDelete
  52. A really great episode. Great balance of all the characters. Poor Henry...I'm so annoyed that he was killed off - he was so sweet. Poor Teddy. Christina's reaction was heartbreaking (loved her scenes with Meredith and Derek earlier though). Nice touch of humour with Mark and Arizona offering Sofia to Derek and Meredith.
