This was such an amazingly beautiful episode, one of the best so far. Ik believed the part where Prentiss and Reid shared their experience was wonderful. Poor Prentiss. I do hope they are going to let us know at one time what happened to her while she was thought death.
And Rossi, I don't really have words for it. It was amazing how they portrayed his character, and indeed, shattering. But at the cemetry scene my computer started to act up and the view went all blurry, whose graves were that?
The only thing that didn't work for me in this episode were the flashbacks to the killer's life. Actually, that's not quite accurate....the way they played the afterlife stuff just seemed hokey to me. Those scenes threw me out of the ep.
The scenes with Rossi (even when he was at work) were all well done, but...I was ready to yell at that woman in Rossi's behalf. Which is a compliment to the writers.
I agree with Raven Grace....the scenes where Prentiss and Reid shared their experiences was a great scene.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Oh God, the end nearly had me in tears. Poor Rossi. And they had a son who died young? OH GOD, ALL THE ANGST.
ReplyDeleteAnd then poor Reid and Prentiss sharing their near death experiences.
Such a depressing, but awesome episode.
The episode broke my heart.
ReplyDeleteOh my god. this was the saddest episode of Criminal Minds ever. Poor Rossi. the end scenes completely shattered my heart

ReplyDeletePoor Rossi!!! He lost his son and now, Carolyn. So sad!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat for Rossi to finally get some attention although I felt the storyline was a little rushed. Interesting to find out he had a son.
ReplyDeleteAhh, thanks!
ReplyDeleteRossi is really one of the most private but, in my opinion, interesting characters on this show, especially after and episode like this!!
Oh Rossi :'( This episode nearly had me in tears
ReplyDeleteI'm not even a big Rossi fan, but that ending was fantastic. So sad.
ReplyDeleteI finally watch the episode . It was amazing . But poor Rossi. To loose the love of his life. That was so sad. Who knew that Rossi has a son ?
