I called that too, Tate being Constance's son! Her one perfect child but other things got to him...like him shooting up his high school and somehow dying afterwards.
Okay, so I feel like a lot of us just ruled off this show as a bit of fun, but that last scene, woah, I really think we have a good show now, and I can't wait to see whats going to happen next week, I'm excited about this now.
Say I have a short term memory loss, because I really think I do, but in the scene with the ghosts at the end, who is the blond woman, I can't remember anything about her but her face is so familiar, it's killing me.
This episode was chock full of answers to questions, but brought up a few:
Tate's lack of memory for his crime can be explained by psychosis, but did Ben actually approach Larry with an offer of $1,000 to kill Hayden and bury her in the yard, over which he built a gazebo, as Larry claims? And then forget he did that?
People are appearing as they were when they died, same clothes and all. Why has Moira aged? Why did Larry beg Ben to kill him? Isn't he dead?
Was the doctor's wife murdered at the time she discovered her husband stitching their murdered baby back together? She's wearing the same nightgown. Was he murdered also (maybe by the Infantata) and was he the one to impregnate Vivien?
If that's true, how so? We already know Tate can't have sex (maybe because he's dead? Oh yeah, Tate, it's not the medicine).
Loved the episode and couldn't believe it was over so fast. Loved the ghost march into the house. Cool!
Can't wait until next week when Vivien interrogates the nurse who fainted.
WOW...I tell everyone at the office to watch this show..............I warn them ahead of time that the first episode is ultra creepy but keep watching. The story is unfolding and is getting better and better. Keep up the good work FX..............the mix of film noir and old time LA murders and the murder history of the house = great mystery....................with a tinge of scary and just enough creepy!!!! WOW
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Completely and utterly freaked out right now, but that was a great episode. Holy crap at all those ghosts at the end.
ReplyDeleteI'm confused as to whether or not the dog is alive or a ghost.
Called the Tate is Constance's son thing weeks ago, but whoa! And holy crap at him shooting up the school like he did. Crazy psycho ghost is crazy.
Cannot wait for next week!
So knew that Tate was Constance's son. But for the first time in a long time a horror movie/show gave me chills. Loved the episode.
ReplyDeleteWish this show was 2 hours long!! Can't wait for next weeks episode!
