I really don't get the SPN spoilers.....is it just another spoiler from someone who doesn't watch the show?^^; You need to be a dead monster to go in Purgatory
Except for Ringer and True Blood, this week's article was a complete dud. Even the so-called spoilers on the rest of the shows I like weren't really spoilers or were just completely tame.
My guess...it's how the Divine Comedy made Purgatory out to be, such as a dying person relieving their past and trying to make up for their sins before being judged, so let's, for now, just call it "Limbo". Rufus walking Bobby through his past before he is judged while Sam and Dean try to save his life. I'm sure everyone goes through this process because there is a Reaper involved in this episode...maybe Rufus got to him first or something to "stall" while he believes the Winchesters are trying to save Mr. Singer.
Just a thought about the Purgatory thing. In Supernatural it was the place where monsters went after death but since Castiel munched all of their souls, that might have left Purgatory empty and looking for new occupants. So there might be some plot there, who knows!
Purgatory's original use was as a parking place for those souls who had been naughty on Earth but weren't so evil as to deserve Hell, so they sort of suffered there for a while until they eventually got accepted to Heaven. Limbo was the place where unbaptized innocent children went and there was no suffering of any kind.
I read yesterday on TVLine "Matt's Inside Line" a few modest spoilers onSupernatural episode 11 which I don't think are on this site yet.
that's why i think the person don't listen the show :) He must think that where a soul is when its not in Heaven or in Hell must be Purgatory since that's the main myth and just have absolutely no idea that it mean something else on SPN
Am i the only one that finds her scoops lame? I checked on Bones and Once Upon A Time and she didn't say anything that we already didn't know about last week. What gives?
For a second i felt bad, first she reveals too much, now not enough of anything, that sucks for her,and in turn it sucks for us,were the ones that suffer because of that.Okay so now not only is she lame, she also sucks,so we suck because,oh i can't go through it again,i'm sure you know what i mean..LOL That sucks! :)
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeletePurgatory? That makes no sense? Compelling, but I'd like a spoiler for Sam, Dean or both please!
ReplyDeleteI'm confused. Purgatory? Interesting. But confusing. Ok I'm just going to wait for this one..
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
ReplyDeleteAll right. Most of the Supernatural I figured out from the promo pics, but I was grateful to see something on it. Thanks so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI know. He's not dead. I thought of it as a Supernatural Christmas Carol with Rufus as the Ghost of Christmas Past.
ReplyDeleteIt can't be Purgatory. He's not dead and the Canon has it as a place dead monsters go to, not Bobby Singer. Heaven or Hell for the SPN guys.
ReplyDeletePurgatory is for dead monsters.
ReplyDelete^^; my guess is that the person who wrote this isn't watching the show
ReplyDeleteOK, I'm not the only one having a hard time believing Bobby is in Purgatory..
ReplyDeleteWill be interesting to see another Grayson on Revenge...

ReplyDeleteI knew that but I can't figure out why Bobby would be there. That's what's confusing me. :)

Kristin always has the lamest spoilers...
ReplyDeleteThanks.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Heaven is closed because Cas killed all of the angels. There's no one left to grant souls admittance.

ReplyDeleteI find Kristen so .... meh ... she doesn't really have any scoop and she writes like a 7 year old.
ReplyDeleteYes.
ReplyDeleteThe original meaning of Purgatory has been completely changed in Supernatural to fit in with the writers' needs.
If a person doesn't watch the show then they would not know that on Supernatural it means something different..

ReplyDeleteRe House: Love how she accuses the internet of twisting something so it's false...and then does exactly that in the next sentence 9_9
ReplyDeleteNo ... they are lame ... they're not even like a regular type of lame. It's an advanced kind of lameness.
ReplyDeleteHeard she got cut off from scoopage a few years back for revealing too much an now no one gives her much to work with.
