Very interesting. And I don't say too often.
ReplyDeleteThis may be the most interesting Ausiello since he started on TV Line. Love the idea of Hardison and Parker in a faux flirt again. I miss Leverage. The Castle info is fun too. Did they both get drugged? Supernatural news feels like deja vu after last week, but it's always good for more Supernatural press coverage even from Ausiello. As for Ringer, is it too much to hope that Juliet dies?

ReplyDelete2 characters from TWD having sex ... hmmm ... after seeing the sneek peak I'm going w/ Andrea and Shane and the angry/make up bangtastic goodness. If so, a couple of things:
ReplyDeleteShane: Glen has condoms, go get one - we don't want you to be responsible for repopulating the planet singlehandedly.
Andrea: Don't be pissed that you don't have your own gun and hope Shane isn't as quick on the trigger as you are.
The Walking Dead and Castle - the best shows at the moment! Can't wait.

ReplyDeleteI assume that they will be drugged before being cuffed and that they will spend the episode trying to figure out who and why did it to them and where they are (abandoned warehouse anyone?). This storyline sounds even better than I would have imagined.
The Kardashian storyline pretty much solves the "Celebrity Breeds Contempt" title mystery, doesn't it? If there is something the name Kardashian evokes is contempt (at least for me!).

ReplyDeleteDaryl I could handle ... but Carol? Just remember before you wish for something that what has been seen cannot be unseen. I'm not saying she's unattractive - it's not an appearance thing. But how interesting could sex with her be? Then again - maybe Daryl could bring her freak out :)

ReplyDeleteOn a more serious note: they've been playing this since Cherokee Rose, a certain relationship growing between those two.
It could be just for showing Daryl's ties to the group getting stronger and for that they are using one of the characters with less stories to tell (either Carol or T-Dog would serve that role). But maybe there is something else...

ReplyDeleteI always felt the growing affection between Daryl and Carol (damn but ain't rhyming cute) was more maternal than anything else. For all intents and purposes, Merle has been Daryl's only parent so I can see him kind of reaching out for a stabilizing figure to guide his moral compass.
ReplyDeleteAs for Carol. I think she genuinely appreciates all of the effort he is putting into the search for Sophia - and he's the only person to come back with something positive to keep the search going.
Not that TPTB would shy away from it, but I think the two of them would seem really awkward. Carol has probably never had a satsifying sexual experience in her life (her husband was probably a whopping 2 minutes of hell). Then you have Daryl - he's 5 or 6 different kinds of awesome but when we first met him he didn't seem like the type to pull mad chicks.
Seeing as how TWD isn't a comedy and I can't imagine anything funnier - I'm doubting it.
Comedy? Well, they could always pull a Dale /Hershel love scene :D
