ReplyDeleteLol there's not Chuck and Blair because they're endgame ;) Otherwise vote Serena and Blair, some are good friendships but others are totally out of context.
ReplyDeleteBlair and Dan, their friendship dynamic is much more interesting than the romantic dynamic and I loved it both last season and this (and even so far as some one scene a couple seasons ago, when Dan was telling Blair about how when your parents divorce it doesn't have to be the end of the world or sth)

ReplyDeleteThis one's actually kind of hard. Serena and Blair are the heart of the show, but Chuck and Nate make me the happiest. And Dan/Vanessa were absolutely my favorite friendship before he destroyed it.
ReplyDeleteI love the Serena and Blair friendship as it is the core one. But I'm also loving the Chuck and Dan one as they have kept that dynamic they already had that they haven't done with others, just added a hint of friendship to it.

ReplyDeleteBlair&Dan are just perfect, i also love Dorota/Blair and Jenny/Eric and Dan/Nate. The Serena/Blair friendship has cute moments but that's it imo

ReplyDeleteDefinitely Blair and Serena. I love Chuck and Nate as well but that seems to be pushed aside for Chuck/Dan. I also used to enjoy the Blair and Dan friendship but its so boring and one sided now that its probably my least favorite one, especially when you compare it to Chuck and Dan with the easy flow banter and mutual helping of each other.

ReplyDeleteSerena and Blair can be entertaining, but can also be really juvenile. I kind of like the newfound Blair/Dan dynamic, though that's not really in tact right now

Ok what is going on I went to vote an I can't? But def... Chuck and Nate, they have their ups and downs but def see it bros before Ho's ( meterphoricaly speaking) with these two... they have shared love interest before Blair, Rhiana...just saying if they can bounce back from Chuc/Blair then they have a great friendship because I'd still be pissed if my BF stole m y man..seriously.

ReplyDeleteI find it a tad annoying that Chuck and Blair aren't here because they *were*—and I daresay still are—awesome friends. Plotting partners, toughest critics, the BFFs of their BFFs, always in sync and matching, banter and call each other out like no one else's business, there for each other through the worst times, and know each other better than anyone, better than they know themselves. Their friendship was established wonderfully early in the series and didn't have to be contrived for it to happen. The writers tried to revive this unique dynamic in others but it will never be equaled.

I'm sorry, but I'm confused. How did Dan ruin their friendship? To me it seemed like Vanessa pretty much burned every one of her bridges all by herself.

ReplyDeleteCat fights ? Their last real fight was on season 2, THAT was a REAL cat fight. Season 3 and Season 4 they had little fights for, like... 1 or 2 episodes only ?
