    i am interested to see why she slaps him because in this preview it looks like she is asking for it! also love that now that chuck has moved on blair is all confused. believe i know where this is going, chuck and blair reunite duh! meant to be :)

    I strongly suspect it's real by all of the references that Chuck and Nate make to the kiss. Also, in the Canadian promo we see someone watching them.
