  1. Yay!  Thanks for these.

  2. Yes, the new timeline said she did.  It's an odd change to have made, but an interesting one.

  3. Arggh! Preview No2...Lincoln, get your hands off Olivia!...I can see where this is going, he's falling for her and we'll end up with another messy triangle. I really hope that Peter has come from another timeline, because I got a bad feeling he is stuck in this silly universe. Don't like it one bit. If Peter crawls into that machine again and everyone remembers everything and 2 timelines come together, things will still be not as before.Poor Peter. I want His Olivia back.

  4. Don't trust this new maternal Nina one bit. She always has a hidden agenda. However, if the timelines do merge and she remembers her other life, it'll be interesting to see...

  5. I do so miss every week the Walter/Astrid interactions!

Ooook and that second one... I really don't like that road...

The third one was as cute as Fringe could ever get! lol.

    Thanks for posting these!

  6. I think it's the most interesting plot in the whole season :)

  7. I think this Olivia is almost in the role of Peter. Nina use to watch Peter when he was a child ("The Cure") ---It's this Olivia whom is also better with Walter. I think  new blue Lee is then like the previous blue Olivia (or at least the first Olivia we meet, as it is possible that this universe existed prior to ours)

  8. So cannot wait. Is it Friday yet?

Oh and Ricky, this one's for you :)

    Watch Live!

    Fringe Rocks!

  9. Can't wait to watch this one. Can't believe it's gonna be the last one of the year :(

  10. I understand why Peter would want his timeline/reality back, but how does he know that if he does go into the machine again,he will wind up in the right timelime? If it doesn't work he could be doing this for the rest of his life, just like Scott Bakula in Quantum Leap.   This timeline/reality could possibly be better then the next.......

  11. Don't you dare, Lincoln Lee! Olivia and Peter are destined to each other... Be careful or Peter will punch you in the face.

  12. Will this now serve as the winter finale?

All the schedules I see now list episode 8 as airing on January 13th :(

  13. Is it tomorrow yet? Sneek peek number 2 isn't so bad... I got the hint that Lincoln is starting to like Olivia, but I don't think it'll go anywhere... Its just a red herring. Can't wait for tomorrow! YAY!

  15. The only thing I really really miss is Peter/Olivia/Walter relationships.  Just wanna feel the love this show had before it changed.

  16. I miss the relationship they had too. There interactions with each other was always special.

  18. Has it been posted? Did Fox give it the ax yet?

Don't be in such a hurry!

  19. Damn.  I love Fringe but this show is getting awfully morose.

  20. Fringe is my favorite show so it pains me to say that Nick probably isn't wrong here.  I don't think FOX has ever renewed an hour-long drama with ratings as low as Fringe's.

  21. Yeah i know and i agree,i just hate having to look at those written words.Since it hasn't been announced, it doesn't exist so that still leaves hope...I think i'ii take hope,at least for now.:)

  22. I enjoy the scenes with Peter and Lincoln :)

  23. Yay, thanks for this! Great scenes! I quite miss the former Walter/Peter/Olivia/Astrid relationships and interactions, but Fringe is still my favorite TV show ;-)

  24. Great clips. Wrong person for Linc to have guy talk with though.

  25. This is true, and for anyone who has watched Felicity, you know that even her 'return' to her previous timeline isn't exactly the same, as a person who died in the original timeline is alive in the final scenes...

But, I speculate that the show is gearing that this pair of Olivia and Peter are meant to be together, and that the experience/baggage of this timeline might be the first steps towards even having a chance (to not have Olivia die again, and again, again)

I have a theory that he will reset to the events at the beginning of "The Last Sam Weiss" -where now the bridge is made with out the others knowing how, and he might have to choice to not get in the machine again...

  26. I feel that the Lees represent benevolence, and there for help "balance" things out, as they are characters that reach out and help others and often hold optimistic views. It could be that in this pair of universes the Lees or at least one might be able to be with this blue Olivia

  27. *YAY* It is Finally Fringe-Friday and well I do hope the episode looks that great as the sneak-peeks ^^;!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Loved this sneak peeks.

I have to say. I did enjoy the scene with Peter and Lee, because this is not Peter's Olivia, he said that last episode, so it´s not really messing with my ship, just like AltLivia/AltLee wouldn´t mess with Peter/Olivia either.

Walter and Astrid is always fun, and it is interesting to see this "new" Nina.

  29. I am so sad this is the fall finale! --I wish we could have gotten a couple more!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Please speculate away, lol ,i would rather believe that Peter and Olivia do wind up in their prospective timeline together, it would sadden me if it worked out any other way.

  32. I gotcha! (Thanks for reading these crazy posts!)

Well...my ideas kind of stem from 'white tulip' concepts....even in LOST I speculated that some of the reasons characters were limited by course correction and/or had certain abilities lied in "unforseen origins" of previous iterations/timelines...."White Tulip" itself pretty much stated that idea....the Tulip was given to 'the latest randition of blue Walter', but he never knows the truth of why Peck left it for him. Their conversation from the previous mini iteration had become 'lost' to Walter, but luckily either because the resets were not to far into the past, or because some type of course correction exists, the tulip still has the same meaning to Walter "at this time".Additionally in Beyond the Fringe: Peter and the Machine Pt. 1 Peter ends up going to several location in several time periods to dismantle the machine, as the comic extends Peter's 2026 journey by having him go through the black hole in Central Park made by "The End of Dayers". He realizes that he may have done this countless times before (loops) and that he tries to justify if he should be doing it, because he realizes that maybe [his] Olivia has died over and over and over again....He wonders if any of this is real...If he could be Lying in a hospital bed somewhere...he eventually after saving the life of a 357 B.C. pregnant version of her, that it is worth it for him to keep trying...IMO this also may mirror LSD's "Mr. X"....If this iteration/timeline we are in, is previous and relates to ours, then Olivia's mind may have backshaddowed this other Olivia's (and maybe even eventually her own) death....Peter may be there to save this Olivia's life...But I also think if he returns "home" that some of what he experienced "here" might surface "there"...so we may see these new shapeshifters emerge in our timeline too....and who knows what else the writers will throw in....

  33. I just hope we get the full season.

  34. Wow,you really analyzed this! I read this twice so far and my brain needs another go round.I must admit i didn't read that much into it,but what your saying is very interesting! Thanks for sharing,
After tonight's episode, i'm sure i  will be looking for you tomorrow.:)

    ReplyDelete
  35. Thanks! I also came back because I remembered "the road not taken" --The episode featuring the twins Nancy Lewis and Susan Prat and Stanford Harris was revealed to be a cortexifan activator.....

Thinking about "White Tulip" again, and what Walter said early on, Olivia may get "deja vu": glimpses into other universes ---she says, she might be getting it in the second iteration of "White Tulip" --and we know that all iterations were of the Blue universes, so technecally, Olivia sensed that she had "already" done this!

So I think it could be the same thing here. I am more convinced that maybe she more connected to a previous iteration(s) of herself, rather than her red counterpart(s).

    ReplyDelete
  36. Okay, now you just floored me,   another connection i didn't make before, honestly i completely forgot about the twins! Jeez,i need to watch Fringe all over again! Do you by chance live in new york?If so i'll buy you lunch so i could pick your brain, lol :)

  37. Ha Ha! DarthLocke4  is the preeminent Fringe Savant. She is like Alt-Astrid as far as Fringe goes! I read her thoughts on a daily basis and can hardly respond most of the time because she blows my mind wide open! She is the chick to goto if you need Fringe facts, or if you are trying to put together a theory.

I love writing theories from my own observations, but I really love taking her observations and rolling them around my head to formulate a good idea or two.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I'm still flooded,and trying to digest everything that she said.For once i am speechless,lol .  :)

  39. You guys are too kind! -And I have been wrong (or sometimes just not 100% proven right) plenty of times before!

-But I think attempting to think about it all is half the fun and I love sharing (both writing and reading) theories with everyone!

IMO that's why Bad Robot works I think are special, because they bring us all together and allow us to explore pretty profound concepts!

  40. No. I wish I did...and I have another strange connection between us...

My name is Laura too! (Like Minds ::wink::)

The holiday hiatus will be torture.  Who else is grossed/creeped out by this mother daughter relationship between Nina and Olivia.  Yuck!  Robot arm Nina is evil, lol.  Someone needs to write that on a lab chalkboard like Don't Trust Sam Weiss.  I know we still don't know everything about her but I still feel she has an evil agenda.

I'm in agreement with everyone else with missing the original dynamics between the main characters.  I'm guessing we're supposed to feel that since the producers said we're in the same boat as Peter at the moment.  Let's hope the pay off will be getting back to something close to those original relationships.  I miss the humor that came from those relationships.

    ReplyDelete
  42. LOL Well i'll be....Nice to meet you!!  This is too much, lol again you leave me speechless. We must be kindred spirits, lol.  :)

  43. I think that's the one thing FOX can't do.  If they pulled Fringe from the schedule the network would never hear the end of it, fans would never forget it, and they wouldn't trust FOX with another genre show for a very long time.
