  5. Fringe does such a good job of making the events thematically tied to what's happening with the characters.

  9. Awesome... maybe it's the work of the "end of the world" group, or the ones from the old Techmanifesto text from S1 (don't recall it well)... in any case this looks like it's gonna be a wild ride

  10. If you have noticed, at the end the Fringe team finds out that the events happening in a Fibonacci Spiral shape. It's very interesting, because:
    1. The Fibonacci numbers are already mentioned on the show, Now in a different perspective.
    2. There are 3 letters in English we don't know what is the proper glyph that belongs to it (Q, X, Z). At the beginning of the show, when the promotional posters were only the glyph signs, there was a sign we haven't saw yet on the glyph clips - a huge tale, on a fibonacci spiral shape. So, will we see this finally next episode?
    3. As long as we get closer to the center of the spiral, the lines are more crowded. I think that the connection to the episode will be that the events that closer to the center, are much more intense. My guess is that the middle of the spiral is something connected to the plot or specially to Peter (his home, Olivia's home, etc).

  16. While the way the last episode ended broke my heart, I am encouraged by this preview.  I like how they are reintegrating Peter and hope to see more of Peter and Olivia working together this episode.  Right now it seems like Lincoln is Peter's only ally so I hope they capitalize on that too.

  17. This seems like it's going to be a rather huge episode. :D

  19. I like the idea of Lincoln and Peter working together more...

It coordinates with my feeling that Lincoln in this time line is more like Olivia was in the original Blue Universe. Lincoln was the new person to Fringe division like Liv was new to Fringe events originally, he seems to think outside the box more where as Olivia now seems to be a hardened agent, and Peter and Olivia played off one another in nontraditional methods for the FBI much like Peter is now being supported by Lincoln.

Not that Lincoln has her history or anything on those lines, but in many ways he does seem to be filling the role that Olivia filled in the first couple seasons.

  20. I like these ideas a lot... and now will be looking out for things that fall into the  Fibonacci Pattern...

  21. Good points.  Lincoln is like a season 1 Olivia and Peter's going to need that now that the timeline has rendered very different people than the ones he left behind.  I like that he has a chance to bond with someone he wasn't close to because there is no history they have to overcome.  Also it gives Lincoln a chance to be more assertive like he was in the latest episode.  While I still like the other Logan better, this one is rapidly growing on me in a large part because I have no expectations out of him either so I can get to know him as Peter does.  I hope they will create a friendship because it sounds like Peter's going to need a friend and ally.
