Anil Kapoor buys TV rights of American TV series 24; will make his Indian TV debut with the show

Anil Kapoor has bought the rights of one of the most popular American tv series, 24. The show, which ran for eight seasons, also had Kapoor in a cameo in the finale season. His production company has now bought the remake rights and he will adapt it for the Indian telly.

    Anil Kapoor was a regular on 24 (though he died in the middle of the season) and didn't appear in cameo role. There's a big difference on that.

  6. It's confirmed that Anil will play Jack Bauer. I don';t have a very good feeling on this. No one can match Kiefer for this role. Ang Anil? Seriously? A beansprout????!!!! Hahaha
