Don Stark, ha. The real Don Stark (Bob from That 70s show) was in the episode Hollywood Babylon. He is the producer that gets dragged through the huge fan.
I think I'm abstaining from sneak peeks this week. I want to see the whole thing at the same time and not be too spoiled for what is going to be a hopefully great episode. :)
That has been typical of Supernatural every season. There will fair ones, good ones, and great ones. That's true of any show. I've only liked one or two episodes of Vampire Diaries this season. I was getting tired of the same old same old. The last one was actually pretty good in places. I have to admit, that some of Supernatural's episodes may not be as good as others, but they have been goo.
Yeah, that's true. I think all of Supernatural's episodes are good. (Well...except maybe the dreaded Bugs. I didn't mind it the first time I saw it, but I wouldn't want to watch it. But even that one had some good points.) And even if some of them are less than excellent I'll keep watching anyway. *shrug* You can't expect the show to be perfect all the time.
And yep, last week's was pretty good. I saw some people hating on it... No idea why. I did enjoy it.
:P People will finally stop hitting the panic button now that we have a clip with the boys?
^_^ Friday better come soon (especially since it's the first day of a whole week of school break after a week of hard exams ^^;)...come on friday, come to mama :)
That was a bad choice for a clip. If nothing is going to happen in a sneak peek, at least the dialogue should be amusing. We didn't even get that. Do better, CW.
I actually liked the promo without the Winchesters in it better. I think the world is ending. "Hair dryer/brain roast" was funny though. If people didn't die from blow drying AquaNet doused hair in the 80's, it seems impossible nowadays. Must be witchcraft.
Agreed. Nothing sparked in this one. Here's hoping that they are keeping all the good stuff under wraps so we will be blown away by its awesomeness. That or they need a new marketing team made up of fans.
I'm with you. Hoping that this is a deliberate campaign to lower our expectations just so they can wow us in the episode itself. After all, something has to happen in this episode and we've seen nada but exposition.
I feel like all of the sneak peeks they show us are completely worthless. They don't tell us anything and they aren't amusing. It's weird, like why bother with sneak peeks at all then?
I would like just a hint of Leviathan in the sneak peeks. Even if they're relegated to three minutes at the end. Something to help the train ...build....speed.
They need little, as I'll refer to them now, LeviaBits. Snippets of how the creatures are evolving, and if hunters are making any progress. Could also find out if they are drawing closer to the boys. Would have been neat if they could have gotten small clues during each episode. Small things seeming insignificant on their own but combine over the episodes to lend insight into the creatures.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Great, can't wait for Friday's episode!

ReplyDeleteThis should be interesting. I sure hope it's better than this last episode was.

ReplyDeleteThe sneak peeks are weak this week....eek :P. Not really getting me excited for the episode..
ReplyDeleteHmm, looks interesting. Two sneak peeks already? Wow. What was that that Dean handed to Sam? I couldn't tell.
ReplyDeleteThe boys look good in suits. And Sam's hair looks really nice. (Somebody shoot me! I can't stop obsessing over his hair!)
I hope this is a good episode. Better than last weeks. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't fantastic like the first two of this season.

ReplyDeleteCan hardly wait. This episode has been really catching my interest.

Boys in suits.
ReplyDeleteWhat can I say? I'm having a shallow fangirl moment.
2 very 'tame' sneak peeks should mean they're keeping something brilliantly scary and dramatic under wraps for us.
Yes, I believe I might be getting just a little excited for this episode.

ReplyDeleteThis promo is not at all spoilery. In fact, it's all exposition on the case and nothing we don't already know.

ReplyDeleteHe's one of my favorites.
