Awesome, awesome spoilers we got here!
ReplyDeleteGod, I need Sunday's episode in my life!
I can't wait to see how Kristin Bauer plays Maleficent this week.
ReplyDeleteWoo hoo! That had all kinds of spoilers, including some vague half answers to many of my most pressing questions. How did I miss that Emma Caulfield was going to be on this? I wonder if the Hansel and Gretel witch is afraid of rabbits. I love the idea of the princesses being friends and Maleficent and Evil Queen having a longstanding connection. Like Darque's "fremesis" better though. My guess about the sheriff is that he is the huntsman the Queen sends to kill Snow White. Of course, since that didn't happen perhaps I'm way off. All in all, these spoilers make me more curious as to where the story is heading.
ReplyDeleteI think Once Upon a Time has great chances to be a hint as well an excellent show.
ReplyDeleteI like the Huntsman idea...
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was that he may be Sheriff of Nottingham Forest or The Enchanted Forest to Robin and his Merry Men. The 'round' table could have had a few of Arthur's knights around it, so who knows how many "fantasy" literary characters could make it onto the series.
Very interesting spoilers :)
ReplyDeleteI have a quastion. Maybe i need to rewatch it but why create a spel so that you "win" when you dont even remember that you won ? The mayor/witch she doesnt remember it right ?
ReplyDeleteSo glad a lot of peeps tuned in hope they do again this week, we all loved it loads!!
ReplyDeleteSheriff of Nottingham is a great guess. Didn't think of that. I would love if this pulled in the Arthurian legends too. They have a lot of room to play with the parameters of the fairy tale world and I'd love to see them utilize it all, including multicultural fairy tale characters beyond the famous European/Disney ones. I think what got me interested in this show at first, beyond my fascination with fractured fairy tales, is how wide a net they could cast if they choose to.
ReplyDeleteI'm not understanding this either. My only ideas are either she does remember at least part of it or she accidentally got sucked into her own spell and will remember before the others do. Either way, the Mayor needs to remember soon for the story to have the needed bite. Hopefully the episode with Maleficent will shed some light on the mayor too, or at least the Evil Queen.
ReplyDeleteHmm, now that I think of it, maybe the fairy that got the wood for baby Emma to be transported in created a spell to temper the effects of the Evil Queen's spell and that's why she doesn't appear to remember everything. Either that or she has a really sucky sense of vengeance because why make someone miserable if they don't realize you did it. There has to be much, much more to this story.
Well some people are just plain and simple evil. And dont need a reason to make someone miserable.
