    I think she says: "but I know how you are alike: he is charm-limited", but english is not my first language, so I might be wrong.

    BTW, poor Alexis, it must be awful not getting in the university of your choice. Ouch.

    The Capt say that like the mayor, Castle is term limited: implying that his time in office/precinct will be up soon or eventually (at least until Castle wins her over, but it looks like it will be a battle, lol)
