I loved the pilot. With Homeland, it's the best new series of this semester. Feels like Breaking Bad, The Wire and the Shield, so I'll definitely follow this!
Definitely was the best Starz drama pilot I have seen so far. On the other hand none of them impressed me so far, so it's not that big of a deal. The premise with Kane's illness is intruiging and the acting was decent although nobody really stood out to me. Grammar was convincing, but I actually never saw him anything before this, so I wasn't biased by his comedic performances in the past. But sometimes I got the feeling that they were trying too hard to make it look special and great. And almost of course it had this rather unnecessary and strange sex scene between Kitty (why choose such a stupid name for her) and Zajac, something Starz apparently always feels the need to have in their shows.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

That's some pretty good company you're putting this show with.
