    Sorry. Didn't mean to. The biggest part of their dynamic, to me, was the constant romantic tension. It gave a comedic pause during big events.

    That was huge in the show.

    You forget how socially immature and inept Brennan is. She won't handle adversity in a relationship well. She hasn't from day one.

    I don't think the writers can recover if the relationship dynamic goes south and what the show could do with it having an ensemble cast.

    It isn't like Cheers where several characters could "step up" and hold their own.

    I hope you realize i was joking with you...But yes,that sexual,romantic tension was there since day one and it will change,but you know it just might not be the end,it could possibly lead to something even better? Who knows?.....Just by the clips they have shown,you can tell their comedic timing is sill there....Next Thursday should be fun regardless!! Have a good day!

    Eh, I'll think I disagree with you on this point. All the critics have said the show is handling pregnancy and Booth/Brennan very well. I have faith in the writers!

    The romantic tension had disappeared for about 2 seasons. And the way the showrunners put them together at the end of last season - off screen, then we learn Bones is pregnant - is the worse payoff ever. I'll only be watching to see whether they try to redeem themselves this time. A few flashbacks to the missing days/nights would be welcome.

    I know. I was playing off the pages long "argument" on the Supernatural page that went on and on about Dean's guilt  about other character's deaths.
