    This show is now the number one pilot I am looking forward too.  It definitely is the most expensive show of 2011 if not necessarily the biggest.

    Surprise - that Utopian life you thought you were going to is a nightmare.  That never happens in fiction.

    It's amazing how many different promo and teasers and commercials they can get out of maybe 5 minutes of actual footage.

    I love the "New Earth" drama genre, but this show just leaves me skeptical... not sure why. Well, other than the dinosaurs looking pretty bad in the ads. Oh and the troubles and delays in production, the budget busting cost, and the delay in airing it, Oh and of course them making this a family friendly production.

    I like a few of the actors, but the idea of them making  this family friendly when it should be darker,more gritty and graphic disturbs me. I hope they walk the line between family drama and adult drama well enough.... and the VFX aren't too bad. I would like to have a series like this on my watch list, but not one that feels like a future ride at a Disney park.

    totally agree. It's gonna be the next Falling Skies - boring, with lots of family issues that make me only yawn.
