Godstiel Work Performance Evaluation

Summary of Overall Performance:
Castiel was promoted about three months ago from angel, second class, to God. Since receiving the promotion, he has shown a lot of initiative and seems to have made the job his own. His biggest accomplishments include cleaning up upper-management by removing thousands of corrupt angels from their positions, launching an investigation and clean-up campaign on the streets by targeting and removing duplicitous and hypocritical individuals, and downsizing Hell.

Top Strengths:
- Can-do attitutude - shows lots of initiative.
- Efficiency - Cleaned out hundreds of corrupt angels in one afternoon.
- Merciful - Healed a street beggar's vision and let the Winchesters live.
- Attention to detail - Takes time to notice the average person the street.

Areas for Improvement:
- Interpersonal skills - Some co-workers have reported the impression of getting an air of superiority from Castiel. Three reported that he forced them to kneel before him.
- Being a team player - Instead of building alliances in Heaven, Castiel smited several potential partners.
- Stability - A report indicates a loss of control at an incident at a senator's office. Innocent civilians were reportedly killed.

  1. I voted exceeds expectations.  There were some bumps, but I thought he was an improvement over the last guy, and he seemed to be learning on the job.

  2. If it wasn't for the attitude issues against former allies and the deterioration i thought Cas did a bang up job. I was all for most of the stuff he was doing and he really "put the fear of God" into a literal sense since he wasn't just acting as God invisibly but actually showed himself and walked amongst the people. He figured it was time to show that God walked among them and would judge them even if he was only God in his own mind and superiority.

  3. That's really cool! : )
Exceeds expectations it is.He lost some points for what happened in the senator's office..

But he wins major points for remaking the glass window in the church! That was amazing!

  4. Nah I gave him kudos points for that one if only because that Senator was a take on Michele Bachmann who really deserves to have God (or someone higher than her) put her in her place and put an end to her self righteous, religious agenda. So everyone one else in the place didn't deserve to die but if they were following her and working for her most of them probably supported her, so yea beware of who you follow, Godstiel is watching (was watching?)

  5. I think that equals no raise.

  6. Personally, I was willing to give him some leeway with the senator's office incident, because it appeared to be the leviathans, but not too much because he let the souls in, so he still bears some responsibility. I agree that artistic creativity should earn extra points.

  7. I voted exceeds expectations.  I thought he would be worse then he was.  Slaughtering people because he felt God had not done His showed a lack comprehension about what God was all about, which is free will.  We have the choice to choose who we are and what we do.  We know and understand what God offered man, but many of us choose violence and crime, sins of th flesh over the love of God.  That is our choice, but it leads to the type of things Castiel was destroying.  Cas really lost sight of free will.  By destroying these people, he denied them what he had sought when he started this.  So he exceeded expectations.  I could understand what he was trying to do, but he failed it.  Managing to get as far as he did and coming to the recognition that innocent people were dying also, he went to the ones who could help him, and this is where he exceeded expectations.

  8. He did walk among the people. Granted he was still new to his role, but I thought he came in with the right attitude.

  9. Good argument about free will. I think Sam and Dean would agree with you.

  12. No, I don't know the Harry Potter joke.  I pulled these opens from an HR form I found on the web.  I had looked at an old performance review of mine from a previous employer, but the ratings sounded too new agey, so I looked elsewhere.

  13. I'm sorry.  I had to score him Below Expectation.  Leaders who smite those who disagree with them or otherwise under perform.  Putting the fear of god into your employees leads to poor work and important issues or situations missed because your employees are too afraid to do anything other than what you specifically tell them to do.  The ship may not go down in the short run but they always either change leadership or go down in the end. :-)

    Awesome poll!  Thanks!!!

  15. Fair enough. Thanks for voting.

  16. I liked Godstiel in some aspects. He got rid of the KKK and stuff!

  17. I voted "below expectations". Godstiel didn't impress much. But Misha as Leviathan in the end was awesome!!! If we could have him play the big baddie like that, it would be really great!

  18. The leviathan is the perfect role for Misha to play.  He's got such an evil grin.

  19. I loved God!Cas and Misha as Leviathan both exceeding expectations for me.  SUPERNATURAL RULES!!   But yeah God!Cas was practically speaking a terrible leader no sense of irony like Dean said lol

  20. Thank you for posting this. The first laugh out loud moment of my day. :D

I did consider voting Exceeds Expectations, 'cos your right, there have been some bumps. But then I decided that compared to a Winchester I'm totally chicken, so I voted Outstanding. You know just in case. ;)

  23. Well you did such a great job putting together the poll I felt like I should play fair and give my honest evaluation.  Much as I enjoyed the ep...and the smiting was kinda fun.
:-DLooking forward to Misha playing Laviathan.  Looking forward to this season.

  24. I was expecting the smiting of the angels, but I didn't see the motivational speakers coming.

  25. I don't think having a sense of irony is a requirement for being a political leader. Cas could have worked on the persuasion skills more though, in my opinion.

  26. Getting rid of the kkk was a definite hero moment.

  27. I voted for Cas meeting expectations because my expectations weren't that high.  I thought he'd try to do what he thought was right but would take it too far, which is exactly what he did.
