ADDISON AND JAKE WORK TOGETHER TO HELP A WOMAN WHO'S MISSING A UTERUS BECOME PREGNANT, ON ABC'S "PRIVATE PRACTICE"

Guest Starring A.J. Langer ("My So-Called Life")

"Deal with It" - Addison and Jake work with a patient who wants to have a baby even though she doesn't have a uterus; Amelia, back in AA and seemingly back on track, treats a Parkinson's Disease patient who habitually cheats on her husband; Violet, struggling to be a stay-at-home mom, attends a mommy group and finds it's not for her; and Cooper receives the surprise of his life, on "Private Practice," THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Private Practice" stars Kate Walsh as Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery, Tim Daly as Dr. Pete Wilder, Benjamin Bratt as Jake Reilly, KaDee Strickland as Dr. Charlotte King, Paul Adelstein as Dr. Cooper Freedman, Brian Benben as Dr. Sheldon Wallace and Caterina Scorsone as Dr. Amelia Shepherd, with Taye Diggs as Dr. Sam Bennett and Amy Brenneman as Dr. Violet Turner.

Guest starring A.J. Langer as Erica, Michaela Watkins as Laura Martin, Andrew Borba as Will Martin, Austin Highsmith as Nina, Christinna Chauncey as Trish and Danielle Bisutti as Lynn.

"Deal with It" was written by Jennifer Cecil and directed by Randy Zisk.

    I still wonder whaT A.J. Langer's arc might be about. Wonder if they'll pull an illegimate-baby stunt on Cooper now, as it has been done on both Grey's (for example Mark Sloan) and DH (Tom Scavo; Rex Van de Kamp; not that it's Shonda's show, but still)...I hope not, but then again, what would be the surprise of his life? An ex? This wouldn't be juicy enough.

    I think its a surprise baby, only logical explanation or his birth parents finding him that could be big.

    Pretty sure he has a son who's about 7 or 8, that's what I've heard. I found a spoiler saying that Charlotte pays the mom off to leave them alone, but I'm not sure if I believe that one...hmm.
