  1. A damn good first episode back. Alex looks smoking hot and full of confidence. Birkhoff using drones to kick some Division ass was pretty awesome. That fight between Nikita and Alex was over pretty quick, I guess the pupil isn't nearly as good as the master just yet.

  2. Nikita: I'm doing this because I care *breaks Alex's arm* *shoots her in the leg*

yep this ep was everything I expected and more, Loved that Amanda and Birkhoff made an appearance.

  3. I just started watching over the summer because I knew Nikita was going to be Supernatural's lead in... I think I can actually keep watching it. The Mikita stuff is not my cup of tea (I don't like long term romance mixed with my action), but the story is solid. Great job!

  4. First episode back was everything I expected it to be and better. I enjoyed the Amanda and Alex scenes, though I wish Alex would just kick that Oversight agents a** already, he's starting to piss me of. It's the first time I think that they actually mentioned something about Alex's mom. Percy is definitely planning something, Amanda definitely knows he gonna try, but I wonder if she knows how. She better be more cautious.

I'm not too big on the Mikita thing, hate that sort of stuff, but I liked the Birkoff and Mikita scenes, funny. The end were Nikita and Alex fight, and when Nikita says "I'm doing this because I care" then breaks Alex's arm and she lets out a blood hurtling scream, then Nikita shoots her leg….that scene will be in my head for a while. I don't see how Alex could deal with that, I would have made a scene at Division and probably would of hurt myself even more.

  5. Decent.  I think Birkhoff was the best part of the episode.  I'm not sure I like where the Nikita / Alex relationship is going though.  If things keep going in this direction, they're going to make Alex a very unlikable character and Alex has enough fan opposition as it is.

  6. Very true.
The Michael Nikita relationships is the least interesting part of the series for me without a doubt. I don't tune into Nikita for romance...

Plus I'm not sold on none of the regulars being in Center any more.

I mean this is the most bad-ass covert agency on the planet and 2 agents without back-up (excluding Burkhoff this week) seem to be able to evade them rather easily week to week. While someone was inside giving information it was more plausible... but now it has potential to jsut get silly.

For me Birkhoff stole the episode. From bad ass gadgets to crazy passive aggressive rants... he just rocked it.

There is one sizable difference, though.  Last season, Nikita was reacting to the ongoing operations of Division.  This season, Michael and Nikita have the black box and Division is stuck guessing where and when those two are going to show up next.  Division is now reacting to Michael and Nikita, two highly trained operatives who are good at going off-grid.

  8. Birkoff's tantrum was hilarious.  :-)

Great ep back.  Alberta Watson is awesome.

    Gonna be a fun season.
