Love Danny and Steve on the horses. Did not like Lori at all - actress couldn't hold the screen with Alex and Scott. Not enough Danny, Chin and Kono. Forced dialog and flirtation was flat and unbelievable. Writers tried to replace one know it all with another. Must say best performance by Jenna, like her much better as a possible bad guy; much more interesting. Not enough bromance or team scenes. I hope they either tone down Lori or better yet, get rid of her.
Great episode, the new girl is alright I guess I will have to see more of her to really decide but I hope they resolve this mess with kono quickly and get her back on the team because it just doesn't feel the same with her on the sidelines. Not sure what is going on with jenna but i'm not sure if she's a bad guy now or if she's undercover or someting like that, hopefully we will know for sure soon.
Give Lori a change guys. She's still new, and its just an akward moment. I think to many of you are jumping to h8t because her character was slated as a love intrest for Steve. As for Jenna... twisted little lies she off to hang with Wo. by the way what the heck was she doing staring at Steves picture? anyone find that crepy odd? As for Kono, I think her story line is just starting to build, I think IA has something up their sleeve fo her
I liked the new addition to the cast. Was surprised that the female with the short hair left so quickly. Knew Kono was going to be off the force for a part of the season. It was pretty evident. What is disappointing about this story line is (1) Didn't we just do this which Chin? and (2) It has been really predictable and doesn't show signs yet of finding an unpredictable way out of the story.
I am beginning to develop a hatred of 4 to 5 inch heels on women on TV and in the movies. I mean it's becoming pathological. I'm starting to growl whenever I see a woman in those cursed shoes. (I'm starting a List of Hollywood Hatred. Those heels, over moussed spikes in men's hair, and size 0 are on it so far.)
I like the actress playing the new character. And I liked the twist in the kidnapping. And that whiner Danny on a horse. (Sadly he still remains the character I can most easily do with out.) And not enough Chin.
Actually she might not be. Peter Lenkov has said that he will see how things progress, but has not plans at the moment in making her a love interest for anyone.
I had to fast-forward through all the Tom Sizemore scenes. I don't care if he's a genius actor, he's pleaded guilty to abusing women, which makes the subtext in the Kono scenes all the more offensive.
I liked the episode... I like the Steve/Danny scenes, the ones with Kono and Fryer, Chin, this more interesting Jenna, but they have to get rid of Lori as sonn as possible... awful character, bad actress!
I think Steve has something to do with Jenna's fiances death. So, Wo Fat is using that to his advantage to get her to work with him and against Steve. But, now that she has gotten to know Steve and the 5-0 team, she is conflicted over taking them down or hurting them.
It was an exciting and full of action episode last night. The new member, Weston, has good chemistry with 50. I sure hope that Kono returns to the 50 team! I loved every second of this awesome episode!
I like Lori. Loved the horse riding and while I'd like to think we've seen the last of Jenna at some point 5-0 will find out about her and that might be some fun. Wo fat fun............
It's pretty obvious what they are doing with Kono. She's been asked by IA to work with them to nail a bunch of dirty cops and publicly dismissing her gives her the perfect cover. After which she will be reinstated and publicly cleared.
there were too many plot holes during the whole episode. I had an open mind about Lori but was truly disappointed, she came across totally unprofessional. I know that she didn't ask to be part of 50 but whether she likes it or not, Steve is her boss and she needs to show some respect. Also there is absolutely no chemistry between her and the team and she was clearly the 3rd wheel during the horseback ridding scene.
There was too much Lori and not enough of the main characters including Max, they upgraded him to series regular and they had him do a very short scene and nothing of his usual self. I hope they get their act together soon because no matter how great Alex and Scott are, short scenes of them together is not going to keep the viewers coming!
Exactly. Lauren said to HNN at the Season 2 premiere that when she read the script it said 'Potential Love Interest' meaning that it could possibly happen but not sure. Like what Judy said Lenkov is just panning out the love interest storyline at the moment. Just because they had good chemistry in the beginning doesn't mean it could happen
I liked the episode (okay the cult storyline didn't mention much) I like the new girl, and McGarrett in a suit and on horseback, Steve & Danno arguing like a married couple again. Enough said! To the haters out there give Lori Weston a chance
And oh yeah I'm still upset on what happened to Kono soooo sad I lost 10 minutes trying to watch Terra Nova last night because I was soooo upset oh well glad I can watch Terra Nova again on Sunday night
This episode was alright. McGarrett has more chemistry with the new girl when they're arguing or at odds. All of those lingering looks make my eyes roll.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Steven! Steve and Danny on a horse! Marriage joke! I like the new girl. And noooooooooo, Kono.

ReplyDeleteI heard somewhere that she was signed on for 12 episodes. I can't remember where but I'm sure I heard it somewhere.

I liked the episode but not Lori. I really hope she leaves with Kono returns to the team.

ReplyDeleteI really liked the show. Wish I was the new girl. Toot toot beep beep.
ReplyDeleteI was a little disappointed that the guys weren't there for Kono :(

I liked the episode but not Lori. For me she ruins the bromance between Danny and Steve. I'd love to see her gone and Kono back on the team.

ReplyDeleteHmmm I agree on the first sentence. I was just wondering whether Steve will stand in and say he also took part in stealing the money also
