Grey's Anatomy - Episode 8.08 - Casting Sides Summary

Dr. Beckett - Transplant surgeon. Two surgeons are harvesting a kidney as Dr. Smith speaks to Dr. Beckett. He's happy that his patient will finally get a heart after waiting for over a year. As the kidney is harvested, Dr. Beckett gets a call from his hospital and finds out his patient died en route to the hospital. He storms out of the OR with his fellow surgeons.

Surgeon 1 and 2 - Transplant surgeons from Chicago. They're amazed by the kidney in its state of the art transplant device.

Polly Preston - An impressive visiting resident. She sits next to Dr. Turner at Joe's. She orders her drink and tells him she's had a bad day. She then calls someone and tells him the interview sucked. The interviewer was only interested in another girl. She then says her plane lands at 10 and tells the person to wait up, and that she's going to be drunk and crying.
