SFX has a pretty good alledgedly spoiler free preview. Among their teasers are:

4 The teaser looks like it was more expensive than the rest of the “back six” put together. It’s a visual and conceptual delight

5 It does answer a lot of questions, but some old ones (from Matt Smith’s first series) are still left open, and some new ones are posed

8 You’ll discover a whole new meaning to the phrase “Live Chess” that has nothing to do with Harry Potter

9 The Doctor wonders if he could be the fifth member of something

10 Wi-fi comes in handy

12 There are some unexpected (truly unexpected) returning characters

13 There’s a moving tribute to an old friend

14 The Doctor offers and eye for an eye patch

15 A big revelation may remind you of Little Britain

18 The episode title may not be as much of a red herring as you might think. But then again…

19 Bow ties are not just cool, they’re useful on occasion

20 It’s a bit of a gamechanger

21 The eye patch is explained

Check more here.

  3. Also that picture makes the Doctor look like a super saiyan, and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not :P

  4. Tribute is paid to Rose. I read it somewhere, just can't remember where now

  5. One woman w/a patch is enough.  But, now two.  Wonder if one is the alter ego of another.  Guess I will find out on Saturday.  I really love this Doctor.

  6. NO!! I could take Donna, but I have had enough of Saint Rose.  Oh well, the rest sounds great.

  7. Since everyone is wearing an eyepatch I suppose the theory that states the eyepatches are actually a way to counteract the effect of the silents is actually true.

  10. I'm not entirely surprised that some questions from Series 5 (Matt Smith's first series) are left open. I read somewhere that Moffat was working on a 3-series arc, not sure if this is true or not. There are a lot of rumours going around on other sites about a classic-era villian who is behind all of this, but it's probably not worth mentioning here. I'll believe it when it happens!

One unexpected returning character that I've seen credited is Simon Callow as Charles Dickens, which dates back to Series 1 with Ecclestone & Piper (The Unquiet Dead). Not sure who else, although we already know that Dorium and Churchill are appearing as well.

Could the tribute be something to do with Liz Sladen / Sarah Jane Smith? That would be nice. Or alternatively, a nod to Rose would be fine by me. Yes, I'm a pitiful Rose fanboy ;)

I'd love if the Little Britain reference is something to do with Tom Baker (who narrates Little Britain) lol

A gamechanger hey? Well considering we're waiting to find out how the Doctor survives his apparently unavoidable death, I guess that classifies as a gamechanger :P

The most obvious explanation for the eye patch is that it somehow keeps the wearer aware of the boof-headed Silence guys. Although maybe it's not that simple? Guess we'll find out in 5 days :D
