    I have nothing against procedurals and actually liked the original CSI with Grissom, but I really don't get it that CSI: Miami is still on the air. That David Caruso "sunglasses-move" is borderline retarded and was on every episode I watched (I lived in Europe for some years so I have watched some reruns when nothing else was on TV...pretty sad, I know). He also seemed to have a lot of moronic and very cliche one-liners that always made me LOL at some "serious" moments of the series. Why do the writers do this kind of stuff?

    it's on the air because there are enough of us who like CSI Miami and Horatio Caine.  You got to get passed the sunglasses, my friend.  Horatio is a lot more than some give him credit for.  People LOVE to lock in on the shades and leave him at that.  Horatio is smart, at times really witty, and has a dark past that we get little bits about here and there.  If I have any complaints about CSIM, it's that they don't follow up on some of the lead line characters... whatever happened to Susie and Madison?  Where's Kyle these days?  How about Yelina and Ray Junior?  Does Eric have a better relationship with his mom?  I'd like to see the main characters rounded out a bit - when are we going to see H at home lounging on a day off maybe out fishing with Ray Junior and Kyle when he's home on leave?
