    "I'd actually like to see an episode where there isn’t a case, and see how the characters do. “Are there no murders in New York City today?!” Like a Seinfeld episode about nothing, I’d like to see us twiddling our thumbs, like, “What’s going on?” But it then leads to soooo much other junk. That’d be a lot of fun."
    - Love that idea!!! That WOULD be a fun episode.-

    I just keep wondering how the hell Beckett and Castle will be able to make the people responsible for Joanna Beckett's murder pay... they are superpowerful and have a strong love for snipers, I know it is fiction, but they seem pretty unattainable.

    The second thing is that if they will kill Beckett if she keeps investigating, nothing will stop them from killing Castle, who is still investigating...it's not like he is a) Jack Bauer; or b) A master of stealth ninja investigator.

    BTW, am I the only one who thinks they should show Castle having bulletproof windows put in his apartment? He can afford it and it's not like there are no snipers around...and those are some pretty big windows.

    Awesome article, I do hope we get to see more into the Beckett side of the "I love you". I completely agree I think she has loved him for a while now, but with so much that they still don't know, she is afraid to take that chance. Their next step will be to clear some of these misconceptions and realize that yes, her heart is trying to tell her it's okay, and for Castle that however the dice fall when these secrets come out, she'll be there. They'll both be pretty pissed off for a bit, but they'll figure it out

    Great article.  Thank you so much.  I have a feeling that the new Captain isn't going to last long.  Do we really need a by the book Captain when we all know it's not by the book.  Of course, she could lighten up later. Just like the Mentalist.

    I too love Katic's idea of an episode of Castle without a case.  All of the supporting characters are really strong so an episode focused solely on the cast would be great to see.
