Many loyal Bones viewers, having been denied the lovemaking scene that resulted in Brennan’s season-ending pregnancy news, hold out hope that they will see the prospective parents at some point this season… you know, dance in the sheets. But while executive producer Stephen Nathan promises that you’ll witness “affection” between the partners in crime-solving when the new season arrives Thursday, Nov. 3, their interactions will stop well short of a rigorous romp.

    I think Stephen Nathan is selling the audience short.

    I, for one, don't really care about love scenes between Booth and Brennan but I think a lot of viewers, like myself, feel robbed that the show skipped over showing the honeymoon period of the new relationship.  They wanted to see the joy and relief of these two people finally becoming a couple after six seasons and they were denied that payoff.

    I do hope they keep a little passion and lust in the relationship, not that it's all going to be 'i love you', hold your hand, give a peck on the cheek and that's all we're gonna see. Curious for november!

    I totally agree. I've never really been a shipper, save for the relationship between Angela and Hodgins. As an audience member it was so much more rewarding to see them finally come together and have that relief and happiness. I'd honestly rather see that than sex scenes. I hope we're treated to a bit of the happiness that Brennan and Booth share when the show returns, instead of just fanservice.
