    Holy shit, completely missed that one, but you're right, that has to be the prison. Damn it, why haven't we heard anything about casting for Dexter, Axel & Co? Maybe they also cast Tyreese and kept it a secret? Well, at least I hope so...

    But that would mean they are going back to that place, why should they?

    Kirkman did say the prison arc will be added as it is too big to be left out. Besides, so much story took place there, they could never fit it all into season 3, it'll probably spill over to season 2.

    Lets just wait and see. But if you happen to be right then :(

    They will definitely return to the nursing home. It's been hinted that Guillermo and the Vatos will be back and also there have been pictures at that place with a lot of fake blood. And I think you can also see it in the comic-con trailer.

    I watched the clip like 10x full screen. If I'm not mistaking, that does look like the outside of prison. 

    Also if you watch 00:01, a bit left from the zombie's hand, there seems to be a basketball backboard and one further away as well. I'm saying anything for sure but this does look a bit like prison.

    Yep, Daryl pretty much is the only new character I enjoy, he's pretty cool and currently even the best one. But the comic has enough good characters so I don't see the need to bring in new characters and leave the comic characters out.
    Honestly, after being pretty excited because of the comic-con trailer I am now rather concerned that the second season will be a disappointment after all the drama with Darabont and the lack of news about fan favourites like Tyreese.

    Unfortunately I highly doubt this is the prison. I've heard multiple times that the group will be going to a school or something this season for some reason. This would explain the chainlink fencing, and the basketball nets.

    I think that is the prison, its much too big to be a  school, nd its definitely not the vatos place- the vatos place didnt have wire fence around it, it was smaller and had a lot of sort of red and orange walls, nd it was more enclosed , the vatos place definitely wasnt just abig building surrounded by fences. so ye maybe its the prision

    oh and a while ago kirkman or darabont CONFIRMED that the greene family, tyressee julie and chris, the governor, prison survivors and prison, and michonne would ALL DEFINITELY appear in the show at some point ...so yay michinne,tyressee and the governor.He also confirmed that the green family arc would be the main plot of season 2, nd the prison arc season 3. he said michonne,governor and prison survvivors and prison  would all be season 3 NOT  season 2. He said he doesnt know yet when tyressee julie and chris will appear ,said it could be s2 or s3. He said nothing bout donna ,allen be and billy though :( oh i hope they are in the series eventually.

    He also said that morgan and duane would appear again as would merle dixon. Gale anne hurd also confirmed that all the main cast were signed up for multiple seasons meaning theyre not gonna die fro a long time , she says the main cast are Rick,carl,lori,SHANE, dale,glenn and andrea. so all you who want shane to die,unfortunately hell be stickin round for some time.  But then the recurring cast arent signed up for multiple seasons meaning they may or may not die next sesason.So carol,tdog,daryl and sophia are up for zombie grabs :O

    They've been shotting at a Newnan high school I think, but I doubt they're going to spend much time there. But this could also be a school. It could be the prison. It could also be the nursing home.

    its already been said, just because they're contracted for multiple seasons, doesn't mean they can't be killed off. their contracts can be cut at anytime. Ian Somerhalder from Lost was contracted for multiple seasons at first yet he died towards the end of the first. nobody is safe;)

    I second that. 

    But even if they end up not bringing Tyreese into the show, I hope they have enough common sense to bring in at least Th Governor and Michonne, although I'd like to have them all. 

    I know they're trying to differ from the comic book series and do their own thing but the way things seem to be going right now, I'd actually really more want them to follow the comic path. While reading the comics I imagined how it would seem on the TV screen and I got SOO EXITED. Please don't take this away from me :/
