    Would like to see that show get picked up, but I'd also like to see Outlaw Country picked up to series. And I'm not sure FX will add 2 more dramas after recently picking up American Horror Story.

    I can't believe Jason Patric would get involved in a TV project unless it was something special.... so I'm excited for this series. The premise, the cast and crew... all make for a good foundation. Let's hope it is better than Alphas.

    Haven't read the comics and don't plan to do it (unless the show is extremely good), but what I've heard was pretty great.

    Jason is gonna kill with this role! And I'm stunned that some people who read the comic think he is wrong for the part. There's no actor that could fill the role of Walker based on the acting chops plus physical resemblence. Owen Yeomen kind of reminds me of Walker, kinda too young in my opinion, but he has no acting chops to pull off this character, no charisma. Jason is very well build physically which is important to the Walker character, he isn't that much imposing like character, but it would be really hard to find one. Also Jason is able to pull off the character, because he is great actor.

    They really have to think about marketing of the show and selling it to audience. People from the get go should know that the powers are in the background it's not Heroes, the comic is very gritty, edgy and dark, it suits the old programming of FX. It's very well written, it reminds me of good criminal, the dialogue glue you to the story and there's the twist at the beginning of the comic where action reminds you about another police show and then something related to the powers happens, I think it could be dealbreaker for some people, I know that I removed The Event off my schedule after the pilot, so they need really work at the marketing to sell the show.

    The chances of picking up Outlaw Country and Powers are really high. FX wants to have 5 dramas and 7 comedies. Sons of Anarchy + Justified make two, Rescue Me is in the last season so that makes room for three dramas. AHS is taking one slot. FX bought the rights to Powers long time ago and they tried to adapt it for a couple of years. The guy who created Journeyman wrote some drafts but they weren't happy so they were cyrcling other writers. I think that if this won't work out they will try to tweak it.

    Same with Outlaw Country, they rewrote 70% of the pilot and are now shooting it.

    Got my fingersd crossed that this gets picked up. I haven't read the graphic novels but I like the premise of the show/novels.
