Hi. I am psyched about today's poll ! Well, not really but I couldn't pass on this utterly clever pun. It seems like a very good show though. Today's poll is about USA Network's Psych : 79 episodes, 5 seasons starring James Roday and Dulé Hill as Shawn and Gus. Season 6 will premiere this October, and before it's too late, I invite you to let us know which season is the best (and then explain why with a comment).

Season 5 for me. I really enjoyed the season, Cary Elwes came back, Shawn/Jules, and the awesome episode where Lassie and Gus had some scenes together.
ReplyDeleteI loved them all so much, it's kinda hard to choose. I say, season 3 was my favourite! :)
ReplyDeleteI'd have to go with the earlier seasons (1 or 2), simple because the comedy was so unexpected. I still love it, but the first time you see the show is like magic.

ReplyDeleteEven though seasons of Psych seem to blend together for me, I voted season 3 because it seems to have all the individual episodes I like most.
ReplyDeleteI'm about halfway through the first season, considering giving up the show, but seeing these later seasons rated so much higher than the first does make me consider continuing. I absolutely loved the pilot, but after that it just started feeling repetitive, and neither Shawn's nor Gus's characters seemed to be growing (they did start to grow right before I went on personal hiatus from the show, but it just wasn't enough to keep me invested).

Season 2. American Duos is my favorite episode. It has some of the greatest eps ever.
ReplyDeleteSeason 3, definitely. I think the show really got into its groove in the third season, if that makes any sense. Admittedly, I havent watched the fifth season yet, but out of the 4 I have seen, 3 is my favorite.

i just found that over time its not been as hilarious as it used to be, although i still love
psyched (see what i did there :D) for season 6 though, it seems like forever since i've seen some new shawn and gus action
couldn't a gree more. i love every season but the first 2 just seem to be so much funnier and more random than the recent ones

ReplyDeleteIt 'was difficult to choose because I like them all, but in the end I chose the season four because there are my two favorite episodes: Shawn takes a shot in the dark, and Mr. Yin presents.
ReplyDeleteThis is so tough. Next to Supernatural, Psych is my favorite show. I love almost every episode and every season. I chose season 2 b/c so many of my favorite episodes are from that season: American Duos, Black and Tan : A Crime of Fashion, Psy vs. Psy, The Old and the Restless, Lights, Camera, Homocidio...and so many others that I will probably end up listing the entire season
