Too much standalone easy-to-predict murder, not enough Mark Pellegrino lawyer, and not enough over-arc with pushy opposing council getting all up in Brenda's way the whole time like last week's episode. I want more Brenda & Company...Less halfwitted morons killing their sicko neighbor.
I liked this ep. I thought the dolts who committed the murder were a good counterpoint to Brenda being off her rocker about the lawyer's retaining fee. (And I chuckled during the confession) Though after Pope forced the continuation of Raydors investigation I was with Fritz in wanting to punch Pope when he was receiving that "thank you" for the lawyer.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteAgreed. I could have done without the silly dramatic close-ups of that gnome too.
