The Office is returning for Season 8 this fall, with some big changes in store. Along with Michael Scott (Steve Carell) being gone from the series, the Dunder Mifflin crew are going to have to deal with a new CEO, Robert California (James Spader).

At NBC's TCA (Television Critics Association) party this week, I had the chance to speak to one of The Office's stars, Ed Helms, about Season 8, which recently began filming. Helms told me what it was like having Spader join the series and what's to come for Andy Bernard this fall on the series... not to mention how he thinks The Office compares to The Simpsons and Lost!
