The Good Wife‘s streak of having prominent actors play guest judges on the show continues. This time, the CBS drama has tapped Harvey Fierstein for an appearance.
The gravel-voiced actor best known for Torch Song Trilogy, Fierstein is playing a liberal, ex-hippie type who marches to a different drummer. He’ll preside over a case Alicia (Julianna Margulies) is working on with a sharp eye, but rather laid-back speech.

Saw this on EW yesterday. It's good casting. I just hope they don't rely too much on the wacky judges. That could get tired if they do it every week...
ReplyDeleteAgreed. I actually like that they occasionally use the same judges in different cases, not so much because I want them to become recurring characters, but because I don't want the judges to distract from the individual cases and the underlying storylines for the Florricks and Lockhart-Gardner.
ReplyDeleteThis will most likely be good. :)
