    I'm totally nitpicking here, but that monitor in the TARDIS right at the start of the trailer is pretty dumb. For one thing, Lake Silencio? I mean... really? But more than that, why is the TARDIS going by Earth's Roman calendar? I mean it's alien technology which has travelled the entire universe. Though I guess he did die on Earth so it makes sense that way but still. Okay I'll shut up now.

    The TARDIS is a living entity, it knows when to psychically translate languages. It probably knows which Calender to go by judging by where it is. And even then, The Doctor is based on Earth and travels with predominantly human beings. Why wouldn't that be the calender of import for the TARDIS?

    The lake name is silly, but it could be a Bad Wolf Bay type situation. Named for the reason it will be important by things that happen in the plot.
