"The explosively popular DEXTER® is back with a vengeance for a sixth season of startling suspense and unexpected twists. It's been a year since last season's shocking and heartbreaking conclusion, and mild mannered criminologist-cum-grisly serial killer Dexter Morgan has come to terms with who he is. But his existence is shattered when he crosses paths with an enemy unlike any he's faced before. A delusional religious zealot with unflinching convictions, this new adversary soon draws Dexter into a dangerous game that could well end in disaster."

    Disaster for whom.  Not Dexter, I am sure he will rally.  Showtime at Comic Con had a great booth at comic Con.  Dexter looked great!  Was good to see him looking so healthy.

    Sounds great!

    It will be nice to have a single "big bad" as the season's focus. I think that is when Dexter truly shines as both a series and a character...

    Agreed.  Although, the EP explicitly said there wouldn't be a single, main adversary for Dexter this season.  So much for that, I guess.

    It seems to me that Dexter is at its best when he is battling a Big Bad (seasons 1,2,4) and at its worst when he has an apprentice (seasons 3,5). It's hard to say at this point where season 6 will go.
