    I also took note of a rather animated (read:  pissed) Alexis.  I'm very interested in seeing what sets off the normally calm, level-headed daughter.  It's about time we start seeing other parts of her personality anyway.

    I highly doubt that Alexis is yelling at Josh.  I don't think she even knows him.  It's more likely that she's yelling at one of the detectives or she's yelling at her dad.

    Damn, this promo looks great! Already heard about the scuffke that Castle/Josh will have pretty early on, but it really looks intense. As for the angry Alexis, I think that it's been mentioned that she will now have serious problems with Castle getting into dangerous situations where she may lose her father and will let him know about that... (very loudly apparently) Soooooo excited to tehe neew season!

    I agree with you about alexis, she is very close with her dad and at times very much like a mom to him so I can understand the anger there. Castle and his daughter remind me so much of me and my daughter that it's scary to me. Maybe I should of been a writer lol.

    Its clear she's facing someone in a cop uniform, not Josh (he's in scrubs), could be one of the guys. Maybe another cop blames Castle for the shooting, and she overhears?

    Dammit, I'm convinced now - they're going to have Castle back down from his declaration, blame himself for everything and bow gracefully out from the team. Ryan and Esposito will be lost puppies without 'Mom and Dad', and Beckett will be see-sawing between emotions over it all.

    3 eps of mourning, then they'll get some hook to sneak him back in. Then it'll be Castle see-sawing between his two families.

    And yet still, I know every line, every eye-brow lift will be spell-bindingly amazing writing/acting, and I'll be glued to every minute!
