This would be an interesting awards show for me to watch seeing as I have watched every series or movie listed accept Source Code, Waking the Dead and The Killing (DK).

TV Dagger- The Shadow Line

Best Actor Dagger - Jason Isaacs (Case Histories)
Best Supporting Actor - Aiden Gillen (Thorne)
Best Supporting Actress Dagger - Kelly McDonald (Boardwalk Empire)
Castle!!! and I've only seen Source Code, and I liked it! :)
ReplyDeleteIf Castle doesn't win, I'm going to boycott ITV.
ReplyDeleteWell, I never watch it anyway, so I just won't watch it even harder....
The Killing DK winning an award would be so cool. But then I'm nationally-biased. ;)
ReplyDeleteIt's a great series (I've heard) so it may well win some Daggers!
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting to get the DVDs from a friend but they keep postponing on me... :(
They are showing S1 of the US version here now. Apparently, the two versions have different killers.
ReplyDeleteI don't know most of these but I have heard of Luther and was thinking of watching it. This month I started watching Castle, which I was pleasantly surprised to see nominated. I didn't think I would like it because I have been getting bored with crime procedurals these days. However, Castle is the best new show I've watched this summer. I adore Alexis and Martha, Beckett is amazing, and Castle is growing on me. It is definitely in my to watch category for next season.
ReplyDeleteI read that yes, it has a lot of changes seeing as its 13 episodes compared to 20 in the original. Plots shortened combined or tweaked to fit the format etc....
ReplyDeleteTruth be told we don't know for sure who the killer is just yet in the US version... despite Season 1 ending.
hope castle wins :)
ReplyDeleteRandom nominee for Castle.
ReplyDeleteGooooooo Castle!
