So excited! Been waiting for this panel.
ReplyDeleteNot giving away much, are they? But that's what will drive the fans crazy: keeping us in a constant state of suspense, wondering what's in store for our two wonderful Winchester brothers.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for September 23 to be here! Wishing I had a time-travel contraption or an angel to zap me into the future! :P
... thanks i guess HAHAH IM DYING HERE MORE MORE MORE
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOD I AM DYING HERE WAY TOO MANY SPOILERS BETWEEN THIS AND GLEE AT COMIC-CON RIGHT NOW.
ReplyDeletePlus, the thing about Sam's psyche is everything I ever wanted! Can't wait!
Not more soul searching by Dean.. Can't we just have the old Sam and Dean back?
ReplyDeletethanks!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know Bobby knew Mozzie from White Collar. :-)
ReplyDeletewait i thought castiel was the villian of season 7 but there saying he emerges in episode 2
ReplyDeleteMaybe that means there's still hope for Castiel.
ReplyDeleteThis all sounds awesome! Getting excited for the new season.
ReplyDeleteDang! Season sounds tremendous! I can hardly wait! I'm getting really antsy.
ReplyDeleteHow can Dean and Jo be together if SHE IS DEAD! Stop getting him girls!
ReplyDelete"Dean is going to do a lot of soul searching"It would be funny if this was actually literal. : -D
ReplyDeleteI love Jo and I love the atmosphere between Jo & Dean, but as long as they keep it none-relationship. Well well. We'll see. (I'm still very happy that we get her back. I've seen a lot of negative comments about her on various forums but I absolutely loved her character)
ReplyDeleteGreat, so they're having fun writing the absolutely lunatic Cas. And as much as I like the writers having fun at their job, I hope they won't get to write him this way all season. I was always happy that they never actually introduced the character "God". You never knew whether he really existed or not. Cas now being - at least some kind of - God is not quite a turn I like. But well. We'll see.
"Sam is going to have a major issue with Cas" ... oh, really? Wait. Saw that one coming. I'm more interested in how Dean will handle the situation concerning Cas, though.
And they'll get even darker? Damn, I wanna get my girlfriend to watch through all of the seasons with me, but she's always rather scared. This won't help me convince her to watch it anyways XDD
And about "The end of S7 will depend if we get the pick up for S8" ... how will they do this if they get picked up for another season as late as this year again? Just asking.
Death does put a crimp in the relationship. Here's hoping she's not resurrected and that the episode does not detract from the perfection of her death scene.
ReplyDeleteBWAH! Best comment yet. I'm picturing the brothers with a big soul metal detector searching the beach. "I think I found one....Nope, false reading."
ReplyDeleteIt was certain that they were getting renewed. They were just waiting for official word. The ratings compared to other CW shows is a fair gauge to whether the show is renewed or not and those come out after an episode airs.
ReplyDeleteDear Ben, I'm not sure you can get any crazier than fairies or any more meta than French Mistake. I just want a lot lighter than season 4 and 5.
ReplyDeleteSo if they are hinting that Cas is not the Big Bad (shame) then what's the guess on what is. It can't be Death himself because that's way way too powerful, but what else would automatically mean that everything they knew as hunters doesn't work against this new foe.
ReplyDeleteMeaning if spn is doing well throughout most of the season - especially compared to other CW shows, except for maybe TVD who still got the best ratings - it's kind of a done deal that they get renewed even if there's not official word on it?
ReplyDeleteWell, it might seem logical, but then again I better ask. And it does sound promising.
Apparently Jared told a table during the press conference today that we meet the Big Bad in episode 2 and it is not Castiel or Crowley. Let's all hope that Grandpa Creepy didn't rise from the dead again or worse, Bobby goes evil. He's the only one who really knows them inside and out.
ReplyDeletePretty much. The CW does not have enough money to make more than a handful of new shows a year. As long as Supernatural is doing in the top 3-4 shows, it should be fine. It's encouraging that Mark Pedowitz has already been asking J and J if they are interested in doing a season 8. And that both of them sound like the answer is yes. I'd say that when Supernatural ends (unless ratings crash), it will be a lot like Smallville and people will know a year in advance.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited!!!!
ReplyDelete"everything they know as hunters isn't going to work anymore. It's a whole new game"
Wow!! I thought that was going to relate to Cas as the new big bad. But obviously not. I love how they say so much without giving anything important away - it's an art obviously. :D
Interesting new snippets. I'm especially excited for the Jo news. I really do hope she's back for more than one episode... and treat her right for a change.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for s7 even more having read all the teasers lol
ReplyDeleteScariest season yet?
ReplyDeleteYET lighter than last season?
That=No angst btwn brothers, and the monsters going back to being mysterious and terrifying (or at least relative to how it has been...)
I am also excited for what might happen with Crowley. I hope his character gets what he deserves in the most positive way imaginable because Mark Sheppard has brought life into several episodes of seasons 5 and 6 where otherwise another random actor might've just come off weird and awkward.
I'm just so glad things are looking up. I think psychological issues dealing with the scariest place in existence messing with your head about what is real and what isn't for Sam is great. However, I thought Dean had finally realized that there was no way out of his life like it is and I am wondering why he is questioning why he hunts. I mean, obviously it probably just hurts all over and has for 6 years, and he has plenty of legitimate claims to have that issue, but it feels...redundant. If you know what I mean.
From what i read or is something that crawl out of purgatory or is something created because of what cass did. I'm guessing another god is going to be created.
ReplyDeleteSimilar to Sandman with all those gods...
i'm think that is because of the God Cass issue...
ReplyDeleteJo returning.... YEAH... Best news ever!!
ReplyDelete"Dean tries to figure out why he does this..hunting" Um, I thought that was answered in Wendigo" Save people, hunt things, the family business. Why do we have to go through this. S7 is sound more and more like psychotherapy! Urg.
ReplyDeleteAlso, in the Djinn eppy Dean sees what happens to people when he isn't there to save them. What more does Dean need to understand that he is needed as a hunter?
From what I heard Castiel's character is going to try to be a good guy, but he may not be able to live up the the title. One of those the "ends justify the means" type of good guy.
ReplyDeleteThe scariest season so far? BRING IT!!! I haven't been scared by SPN for a while, I really need them to go back to those horror roots.
ReplyDeleteAnd we definitely need a new big bad. The Mother wasn't half as big as I thought she would be and Cas and Crowley will never be the big bads in my eyes. Both are just too adorable :P
Yay for Crowley being there!
Nay for Jo being there.
I love the idea of the Big Bad being another god. Or something created because of Cas. Or both in one.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting
