Episode 3 of The Secret Circle introduces Zachary Lang, a man in his 30's that thinks witchcraft had to do with something that happened to one of his loved ones in the past. He is determined to make sure no one else is hurt by witchcraft, and that could put the Circle in danger.

    Seems like an obvious enemy but these enemies have to be done to make the show good.

    Agreed. It doesn't seem too interesting, but the show has to start with something. And with not much background information, they kinda have to keep it simple in the beginning.

    Also, I'm ineterested to find out how this "enemy" will be like. I mean, even if he seems like a possible threat to the circle, he doesn't really have much on him, right? Just a normal human being trying to get revenge. I hope they'll keep it "real" and interesting.

    If you replace "witchcraft" with "the Mai" then you've got the basic plot of the Chloe King series.
